While it doesn't brew exactly 20 oz., you can brew 18 oz. and then add a bit more water or milk to fill your travel mug.

Q: How long does clean-up take after making a cup of espresso or drip coffee with frothed milk?

A: I tap out the grounds and rinse the filter (25 seconds total maybe lol) and then wash out the frothed milk container - again maybe 30 seconds) and wipe off the froth post - 15 sec? so I say 1-2 min

A: Tubing maybe plastic. Hopper that holds the beans is plastic. Trays and catch bins are plastic.

I have been enjoying this product, except for having to warm up the espresso in microwave after pulling each shot, before adding the milk foam. Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue? I will be reaching out to CS to see what they can do to correct.

I bought this product in November last year and already does not work. It’s great? yes. Durability? terrible. very cheap made product. Not it won’t recognize the portafilter anymore. Not to mention the funnel being chipped off. It makes noise now. Stay away from it.

This is an older model that they say is the new model model. I complained and the they said the 701c was available in Canada. So if you try to get th 701c it's sold out In Canada and they have never sold one in Canada. 701c is nw improved with a hot water option. Available but nt available in Canada till the old stock is gone . Wonder how much old stock gets dumped in Canada

Truly the best coffee machine we've purchased so far! We bought this last November and are so impressed with the ease of use and the quality of drinks it creates. My husband and I make multiple drinks per day and can't get enough. We also use high quality coffee through a subscription with Trade coffee (highly recommend) and so we joke we have the best coffee in all of NYC :) We've gone through other espresso machines in the past but the auto grinder / scale, auto frother, etc. all make a HUGE difference.

Beyond happy about this purchase. I was interested in an espresso, coffee, and milk frother all in one. For the price, and all that it does, along with all the positive reviews, I finally decided to get it. As long as it doesn’t suddenly break on me, this will be the best purchase I have made in years. The coffee beverages have been delicious. My lavender oatmilk latte tastes way better than that one place.

I thoroughly enjoy this machine. Makes great coffee and comes with all the stuff. If you're just starting out on your espresso journey, this is a great place to start. If you want to customize, it's a little less flexible (truly only a little less) - ie. currently only this portafilter works in this machine, so if you want to really SEE your pour like in a bottomless one you won't be able to swap (yet). Very user friendly, yields great results.

I gave this to my husband for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. He said it is the smartest coffee maker he has ever seen. It guides you through everything. It was expensive but worth it.
