Ninja Luxe Café Premier Series 3-in-1 Espresso, Coffee and Cold Brew Machine Blue

We purchased in June 2025. Have had intermittent problems with frother. It finally stopped working. Called warranty. Shared several videos with them. They made the decision that we had to send the machine back to be repaired. I asked if a loaner replacement would be shipped overnight for us to use since we would be without our machine for 2-3 weeks. I was told it's 'unfortunate ' and no they don't. I asked if I was going to be compensated for a lower cost machine I now have to buy so we can have coffee. Again, no and it's 'unfortunate'. That seems to be the buzzword used by warranty. I was offered 2 travel cups for my 'unffortunate' situation. REALLY? Buyer beware!

I absolutely love my machine. Easy to use and clean only thing that I’m not a fan of is how hard it is to get the grind right and to keep it consistent. But it’s been a very pleasant experience with my machine and I use it 2-3 times a day because it’s so addictive.

Truly the best purchase I have made. I was a frequent coffee shop visitor and haven't gone since I got this espresso machine. I was slightly nervous about operating the machine, but the guided steps and videos made it so simple. It makes the best iced lattes. The cleanup is super easy.

I bought this coffee maker two weeks ago and I'm definitely returning it. I've wasted way too much coffee trying to make a good espresso, and this coffee maker simply doesn't work. It's not suitable for making a good espresso. I'm completely disappointed with this coffee maker; it's not worth the money.

Okay, so I am by no stretch of the imagination a coffee/espresso professional. I had an old drip machine, I replaced that with a K Cafe some years back, and received the Luxe Cafe Premier for Christmas, so my coffee experience is limited to say the best. I do know I love the taste of a strong espresso drink and hate Dunkin Donuts Lattes. Anyway, there used to be this little Lavazza Coffee Cart outside my office in Manhattan, and they made the best tasting lattes ever. We moved offices, and I didn't have it for years. This machine, plus whole bean Lavazza Espresso Roast and Torani flavored simple syrup made it possible for me to make comparable lattes at home, every morning, and the machine has essentially paid for itself in the last month. It's incredibly easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's easy to keep clean. It's relatively fast considering I can make 2 lattes in less than 5 minutes, including rinsing the baskets and milk jug in between. I love it. After some trial and error and a few bitter shots, I found the right grind size, the right amount of syrup, and the right milk/froth settings, and I make perfect lattes, every time, that even my fiance, who effectively hates coffee and would NEVER use the keurig, loves. I don't think it's the right machine for a genuine coffee snob, but for lattes with m whole bean Lavazza Espresso Roast, and classic regular coffee (Green Mountain Dark Magic), this machine is perfect for me, and I actually look forward to my coffee in the morning. If you're looking for a decent machine to get into brewing your own espresso, this thing is fantastic. I've heard people have had some problems with theirs, but mine has been working perfectly every time, once I got everything figured out. Don't get discouraged if your first 5-10 brews are awful. It will get better. The only thing I cannot for the life of me figure out is how to pull a good Quad Shot of espresso. So I just use 2 doubles lol. Would definitely recommend, but wish I got it in that awesome cyberspace blue color because that machine is gorgeous. Chrome takes a bit more work to keep super shiny. Oh, and I can't figure out how to get the froth wand back to shiny/chrome. It like burnt with milk residue and looks tarnished. It works perfectly so I don't really care, but I don't think it's possible to keep the wand looking new. If you're thinking about picking it up, do it. It's amazing.

I love this! i use it every day to make my coffee! I like the options and that it grinds the coffee beans itself its super neat!

This makes great tasting espresso and easy to use. You do need to dump the water tray frequently and a little messy.

This was a Christmas gift. I hate this this machine. It make a horrible mess in my kitchen! Only two people are using it And it requires a change of setting for each person And not just one setting. Water res. is too small as is the grinder, Requires constant attention , Too much work for one cup of coffee. Not for me!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I gotta tell you, it’s my favorite thing in my house. It works great. Looks sleek and sexy. It’s easy to use. I love all the different things I can make and do. Definitely getting my moneys worth this year being my own barista

From a functional standpoint, the machine performs well and offers good value in terms of features and capability. Its strongest attributes include the tare-based grinding function and the closed-loop feedback system that adjusts the grind setting to achieve consistent extraction by weight. Additional standout features include the ability to prepare cold coffee extractions and the ease of producing a range of milk textures—from flat milk and flat white to fully automatic cold foam. However, the product description does not clearly communicate that the machine’s construction is predominantly plastic. In contrast to the standard base model, which is clad in thin stainless steel, this version replaces nearly all visible stainless-steel components with plastic. This difference was a significant disappointment. Given the higher price point, the expectation would reasonably be for painted or anodized metal surfaces rather than plastic. While it is understood that material choices may be driven by manufacturing cost considerations, greater transparency is needed. Customers upgrading from the standard model to this version should be clearly informed that, despite the added cost and expanded functionality, the machine is primarily plastic in construction. If you asked me what I would have done - I would have paid less for the standard model as a recommendation.

I find this coffee machine relatively easy to use, but I do think it’s somewhat overhyped on TikTok and Instagram. Once you’ve learned the process, it’s straightforward enough; however, if you’re short on time or rushing to work in the mornings, it’s probably not the most enjoyable option. Like most semi-automatic machines, it involves grinding the beans, manually tamping, adjusting the basket and portafilter, and then extracting the coffee, followed by using the milk carafe. While it certainly produces better coffee than instant or capsule machines (depending on your beans), there’s still the inevitable mess—fine coffee grounds when transferring the portafilter, residue on the tamper and grinder cradle, drips, and ongoing clean-up, including emptying the coffee grind waste. I often feel like I’m constantly wiping things down. Personally, I’d prefer a fully automatic machine with an automatic tamper and milk system. That said, if you’re looking for an affordable introduction to semi-automatic coffee making and enjoy the hands-on process of grinding and pouring, this machine is a good option. If you’re time-poor or very particular about cleanliness, you may want to consider a more automated alternative.

If I could give this no starts I would. we’ve only used it 3 times and it’s got water coming out of the bottom and it just makes this god awful noise. And we can’t ever get through to customer care. It’s absolutely the worst purchase we’ve made in a long time

Absolutely obsessed! Took a few trial runs of course, but a great machine once you get it down. The tutorial video isn't very thorough with every setting so I had to do some googling.
