Picked this up yesterday and I love it so far. I used the app to walk me through setting it up. Highly recommend doing that because it’s a little complicated.

Highly recommend for ease. Love how good the drinks taste and how fast and simple it is. Coffee house quality with the convenience of on demand and at home. At any time of day, a cup of brew is ready with a touch of buttons to adjust the strength, height, and amount of froth. Try it and you will love it!

The expresso consistency is not what I was expecting

This machine is easy to use and convenient. I did return it for other reasons such as the coffee is not hot enough, a large tall coffee mug doesn’t fit under and the grind reservoir that holds after brewing develops mold if you don’t empty it right away. I don’t always have time to do that right away. For the price I felt the plastic made it look cheap.

I've had this machine for three years and it's been flawless: a small footprint, simp-le operation, and great coffee. It asks fo a 30-minute decalcification about twice a year, emptying the used bean bin once a week, and fresh water three times weekly. It makes regular, espresso, and great cappuccino at the touch of a button. No need to purchase a fancier machine unless you want many more types of coffee.

Enjoy your purchase for the time it’s in warranty because the second it’s out of warranty you’ll be cleaning up pools of water off the counter and burnt coffee!

Philips 2300 Series 4.9 Stars out of 5. Overall, we absolutely love this machine. We are truly enjoying being able to make whatever coffee drink our hearts desire. My first recommendation is to READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL. There are also videos you can find online that give excellent tips. It took a bit of trial and error but now we have got it down to a science. The various settings allow you to make your drink exactly the way you like it as well as the size. Whether you like a strong cup or mild, the different settings will allow you to make it just the way you like it.

This machine has taken my daily coffee experience to the next level. An espresso maker and coffee machine in one, yet it does even more. After just a few minutes of setting up and reading the instructions I was cranking out my first cup of liquid gold. What I really like is that it is built to brew a perfect cup every time so no “eyeballing” how much beans/grinds need to be put in a messy filter. This thing uses beans or grinds, my I’ve found the beans are better and makes the coffee as fresh as possible. I love that this has an iced coffee setting as well and have used it several times now. Cleaning this machine is super simple and there’s a light indicating when to do so. I do wish it had a larger water reservoir as I find I need to fill that just about every other day but that takes two seconds and the reservoir is removable making it easier to fill at the sink if you wanted (I use filtered water from a Britt’s though). Overall this is a well engineered machine and well worth the price tag. Trust me - you won’t want Starbucks again after using this thing. Get one today and don’t look back!

I'm so pleased with my new coffee maker! The milk frother is so easy and the machine makes such good drinks. I never knew there were machines that could automatically make cappuccinos!

I never fully understood the hype about frothed milk before until I got this. That is probably because it was a big nuisance to make it, and it usually came out too liquidy. Now my coffee always is topped with a fluffy white cloud. Besides this machine being easy to use and clean the part I like the best really has nothing to do with coffee, but rather tea. Whenever I made tea with a tea bag or loose leaf tea in a diffuser my tea would always taste like coffee grounds . The welcome surprise with machine is that despite espresso being in the name of it you can brew a perfect cuppa tea that tastes like tea not coffee because the water is not contaminated with the coffee. This is a hidden perk for sure as there is no longer a need to have an extra kettle cluttering up the kitchen. Now my family and guests can have their coffee AND tea so many different ways, and all are happy!

Very easy to use. Within minutes I get a great tasting espresso when I am on the run or a cappuccino when I am chilling - great milk froth. Had one of best iced coffees too - came out with great flavor and not diluted.
