I love this machine. It has replaced Starbucks in my family.

The fact Delonghi thinks I actually made a purchase just shows how bad their online shop is. Did I WANT to make this purchase? Yes. Was I ABLE to actually purchase it? No! After nearly a dozen attempts, where my credit card bank approved the purchase, Delonghi, for reasons no one at the company can tell me, cancelled each and every attempt. The only reason why I continued to try was they gave me a 20% discount code after the third attempt. If there was. ZERO STARS option, I would have picked that one. Caveat emptor!

Have had for three months. Expected some problems but none. Reading the manual helps. Consistently delivers. Would buy again. Service line quick to answer.

Really love this machine. Great cup of coffee compared to my old Keurig.

I love it. We used to own a Magnifica and it lasted a very long time. The only thing I do not like as much is the small milk container. That's why only 4 stars.

Very nice machine, easy to operate and clean. This is the second Delonghi Magnífica Coffemaker I have wich last for more than 15 years.

1 month in and makes a fantastic coffee, espresso, and cappuccino with a touch of a button. Highly recommended!

We decided that our Christmas gift to each other would be an upgraded coffee maker. After much research and a couple visits to a specialty coffee supply store, we chose the Magnifica Start. We looked at more expensive machines, but we could not justify the cost. And we definitely knew that full manual was not for us. This seemed like a good compromise. We have been trying hard to get used to it (reading tips, making adjustments, trying to improve the experience, trying different beans). Is it the machine? Is it us? Are we just drip coffee people? I'm happy with the milk drinks, but mainly my husband and I drink coffee and we just can't get a delicious cup of coffee from this machine. Perhaps we're doing something wrong. Anyway, we now have an expensive machine that we're trying to live with. It is a nice looking machine, relatively compact, fairly intuitive. The milk frother is quite good. We definitely wish the output was hotter!! We did adjust the heat per the instructions, but it's definitely not hot. Anyway, we will keep trying to improve the output.

Coffee tastes a lot better than K Cup machine. It took a while to learn how to use it.

But I love it. You are able to use whole beans or already ground beans which is nice. I've made a mean white chocolate mocha with it. No more going to the coffee stand. Saves me money that's for sure.

I really splurged on this machine. Let me tell you every cent was worth it. Me and my roommate had a blast messing around with the settings. The coffee itself is really good. I've seen reviews saying it dosent get hot but I haven't had this problem. The milk frother is a game changer. Overall a great purchase. 100% recommend!!

I was absolutely blown away by this machine! I bought it as a gift for my husband (and me) and we are in love with all of the features. It's elegant design and ease of use make it a necessity if you are a coffee lover. It has many options to suit all of your caffeine needs and is so easy to use you don't need coffee to make your coffee. Just press a button and PRESTO you are good to go!

I had the Delonghi Deica for two years and I loved it but was ready for an automatic coffee maker so was delighted when Santa dropped this off for Christmas! I live that I can make whichever drink I want and whenever I want! It is so easy to use!

This is our first ever espresso machine and we love it. It’s easy to use and clean and fun as well. We highly recommend for newbies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up right out of the box. The best most flavorful coffee right at home! I feel like I’m having fancy coffee shop coffee while at home. It has self cleaning functions and it is not loud at all.

This is the second Magnifica that I have owned. The first one was incredible, but this one is even better!
