Horrible!!! It leaks like crazy and I e only had it for about 2 weeks. I’m so mad that I threw the box away and cannot return it. Please do not get this thing.

HB Flex Brew Single Coffee Maker has great features. Nice compact size. Fits nicely on the counter but still holds up to 50 oz. water and the water tank is removable so it can easily be cleaned.

Living in a household where one prefers the quick, hassle free, no fuss way of brewing with pods. They can just pop one in, brew, and out the door to work. Another enjoys a more leisurely cup of fresh ground so this little coffee maker fits the bill. I just fill the ground holder and pop that in. Nice hot coffee while not holding warm water in a tank so it’s always brewing with fresh water which brewers recommend. It’s fast too. I didn’t expect it to be so fast since it always starts with fresh cold water. Also has the option of a regular or bold brew which was a plus. Nice compact size. Fits nicely on the counter but still holds up to 50 oz. water and the water tank is removable so it can easily be cleaned. Not very noisy either. Very happy with it. One word of advice. Be sure to wash all the removable parts thoroughly with hot soapy water to remove the new plastic smell from the manufacturing process. Also run the brew cycle a bunch of times with plain water to rinse it out. Just like it’s recommended for all new products that will be used for food or drink.

I absolutely love this coffee pot. And I definitely would recommend it. Just put the coffee of your choice in the pod and choose the size cup and push the button. Super easy and great tasting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second FlexBrew product from Hamilton Beach. I also own the 3 in 1 Flex Brew Coffee Maker which allows me to also brew the carafe size (pot size) batch of coffee for when I am entertaining. I have already given the 3 in 1 Flex Brew a glowing review and it is right at home in my kitchen. I wanted something for my office so that I don't have to go to the kitchen every time while I am working, so I got the FlexBrew Single-Serve Coffee Maker and it is right at home in my office. I like using my own fresh ground coffee for that full-brewed taste, but when I don't feel like measuring grinds into the small brew basket, I enjoy the convenience of dropping in a so called Kcup or Pod and snapping down the lid. I also like the that the water reservoir on the back of the brewer is large enough to make several of my large cups of coffee before refilling it. I can quickly refill it by pouring in a couple of bottled waters. Furthermore, I like the simple controls on the front. I always like to press the BOLD button first for that extra umph (strength) and then press the Size button anywhere from 8 to 14 ounces. I make a large tumbler of cafe au lait with my hot milk (microwave) and my sugar already in the cup, press the 12 ounce button, and it drips in the rich coffee and chicory. In less than a minute, a simple stir and I am enjoying my coffee without getting out of my desk chair. Did I mention that the size of the machine is so incredibly small that it takes up very little room whether you put it in your office or use it as your main machine in the kitchen. You will always be pleased with the taste of your favorite brew from cup to cup, whether ground or pod.

I enjoy a strong cup of coffee. This coffee maker could not make one for me. With the setting on 8oz. and on bold, it still only made weak coffee. Would be better with a 4oz. and a 6oz. setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker was fairly easy to use. All I had to do was fill the tank with water and press the button on how many cups I wanted. I love that it came with a holder for coffee grounds, so I do not have to always use a k-cup. I ended up putting it in my office at work, and it was so simple to operate and easy to clean. It is not that heavy and pretty easy to move around. The only problem I had was how short the plug was. I really wish it was longer, making it easier for me to plug it in the wall. All and all though pretty good coffee maker.

It is compact, fast and easy to use and clean, fits well on the countertop, and most importantly, makes a great cup of coffee! We are really impressed and love it. I love how easily the coffee pod or coffee grounds holder and pop out and be cleaned. It makes so much less mass than the previous French press system we were using. It’s also so fast and easy to take it out and open it up. The water reservoir holds a perfect amount of water where you can make several cups of coffee, but it is not heavy or bulky or difficult to open and refill. Overall it’s just a really terrific compact coffee maker!

You can brew the size depending on your size of you coffee cup or travel mug. Sizes are 8oz., 10oz., 12oz., and 14 oz. The water reservoir can hold up to a max line of 50 oz. you do not have to fill it all the time. The light will flash when water is low. The taste of the coffee is good and you get a hot cup of coffee. Great feature. The programming and instructions on this coffee maker is easy to read. I really like that this coffee maker is compact and fits perfect on my counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product about two weeks ago. I washed all the parts that the coffee goes into. Had it ready for thenext morning. I used a coffee pod and fixed me a fourteen ounce cup. I really loved the way this one is made you can use the pods or you can use coffee out of a pack. You also have a choice on the size cup you want to brew. My cup of coffee was very hot the way I like it. I love everything about this product. If your looking for a new coffee maker that uses pods or coffee in a container this is the one for you.

Thought I would miss a programmable machine but this one starts brewing so quickly that it's not a problem. Really useful and works very well. I have never had a Hamilton Beach product that I had a problem with, and this FlexBrew is no exception.

I also love that it brews much faster than the last model. My husband and I both do large mugs so the bold selection is a plus. It is nice to have the option of how many ounces of water to use...especially when making chia tea or other items that require smaller amounts of water.

This one takes up less space and is very easy to use. The water tank is in the back, which we also like. This is a very nice single cup coffee maker! The black and silver colors are very sleek looking. It's really nice to be able to use K cups and the option of ground coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex brew is a wonderful coffee maker. The height and width are perfect for a counter. Love the reservoir water bin saves time refilling. The bold button is my favorite. Its eye appealing and makes great coffee. We like the ability to use non pods also. Does not take too much space. My only fault is when you push down on the top to brew. It seems a little flimsy. But overall 9 of 10.
