Keurig K-Iced Plus Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker with Iced Coffee Option

Purchased as a gift for my mothers birthday plugged it in to start for the first time and it immediately shut off and will no longer power on

Had for less than 6 months and used only a handful of times and it stopped working.

This is a HORRIBLE product - seriously do not buy!! It stopped working within ~15 uses. Bought a replacement thinking it was a fluke, and the new one broke again within a few weeks. Both broke in the same way - refilled the water, tried to brew a coffee, then all lights went off and there was a burning motor smell. Bad return policy too - couldn't return the first one that broke. Such a waste of money and so dissapointing as it had been super convenient the few times it worked!

Great size bc the reservoir was in the back. A couple of times toward the end, when it made coffee, the coffee grounds in the pod went everywhere - what a sludgy mess. Just went to make a cup, made a long noise (it’s last breath) and now just won’t come back on. I hate that it’s already dead and headed for a landfill.

This replaced our old Keurig. This is a definite upgrade. Features I think are the best: fast, very hot water, iced drink feature, shuts off when the lid is lifted after brewing (our last one had auto-shutoff but it was after about 30 minutes), saving some energy. Make sure you have a counter space that accommodates the depth of the unit since the reservoir is at the rear. Unit has a narrow width, however so it doesn't take up much space.

Purchased Oct 2023 and it didn’t even last two years. Went to use it today 9/20/25 and it blinked two times and turned off and I haven’t been able to get it to cut on and work. I’m heartbroken. I spent a lot of money for it not to even last long. Dang Keurig. Smh

I was told id get a code for half off coffee but they lied

I needed a new Keurig and found one at a decent price with ice coffee brewing….a nice bonus since it has still been hot out. Loving it so far.

It worked for over a year and kept up with the cleaning of it. However, this last month I did the cleaning process of it and when I turned it on the word “descale” stayed lit up even though I did the whole process. Then this morning I went to make a cup of coffee and it made a noise like it was getting ready to brew and then just shut off and had a burning smell when I lifted the handle up. It sucks because it was the perfect size for me and my kitchen but I probably won’t buy it again.

Love this handy little machine! It can handle my husband’s every day heavy usage and it makes my occasional iced coffee so easy! It’s so easy to use to make either a hot cup of coffee or a glass full of ice. The iced coffee doesn’t seem to become too diluted either.

I already have the same coffee maker in blue color, which is so great that I presented the same coffee maker to my nephew.

I just retired a very old single cup Keurig; I LOVE this one it makes iced and hot coffee - I love the different size cups and I love that the hot is hot and that I can make make ice coffee on demand

the dispenser trickles water out, takes extremely long for the coffee to brew.

Love this one. I like the fact that I can make iced or hot. It’s really nice feature. It looks great in the kitchen and it’s convenient. Highly recommend.

The machine was defected and failed in 2wks. First it brew lukewarm coffee, then after like 8 pods it completely stoped working.
