Overpriced Paperweight
Bought this in early December of 2025. Today the motor burns out and of course I’m 2 weeks out of the return window. Keurig should be ashamed of themselves for selling such shoddy products. I have had several Keurigs over the years, but this is the last I will ever buy from them. Please save your money and stay far away from this overpriced paperweight.

Dont buy
Sad the older version of this lasted a little over a year and was great but it stopped working so I bought this one December of 25 and today I went to make my usual coffee and got nothing lights came on but when I put pod in and pushed the buttons to make the coffee nothing came out. Very disappointed. Do not recommend and now I have to figure out a different one to get because I will not get this one ever again.

Listen to the negative reviews — I bought my machine in fall 2025 and it stopped working. My husband thinks it shorted out because it was hot on the top. Worked well the first 2 months and then during the winter it wouldn’t pour coffee. The liquid would get stuck on the pod and the coffee grounds got everywhere. When I first purchased this machine I was hoping all the negative reviews wouldn’t happen to me, but it did.

Doesn't last & no customer service
Years ago, you could buy a Keurig and it would last a long time. The one I had before purchasing this one lasted about 7+ years. This one lasted a little over a year and then one day wouldn’t power on. We reached out to Keurig and their customer service basically didn’t care. They offered us 25% off if we wanted to buy another one from their website. Why? So I can replace it again in a year?? They no longer make a quality product nor do they stand behind their products. I’ll find a coffee machine elsewhere. Save yourself a headache and don’t bother with this one.

Not a good Keurig model
This Keurig is esthetically appealing but that’s as far as it goes. I had to purchase the designated gray Keurig pod for my ground coffee because the pods I had don’t fit in this model. It functions ok, not great; it doesn’t have a separate power button. I bought this in October but put it to use beginning of January and today-3/4/26 it stopped working. It turned itself off before making my coffee, I smelled burnt plastic and unplugged it and the Keurig never turned back on. A search shows it likely overheated. I’m going to reach out to Keurig in hopes of a refund or replacement. This was purchased to replace my 8 year old Keurig which still works.

Good if you only want coffee for 2 months
I’ve had this coffee maker for a little over two months (I purchase this on Decemebr 23rd, 2025) and I use it everyday, once a day in the morning. These past couple of days I haven’t used it, but this morning I went to go make myself a cup of coffee and nothing came out. I put in my K-pod like normal, made sure the water was full, made sure the needle wasn’t clogged, and performed all of the trouble shooting steps to ensure it was ready for brewing. I tried a second time and nothing brewed, I took it to a different outlet and I tried a third time without the k-pod and see if it could just run water. The sides of the brewer were hot to the touch and it smelled like something was burning. While there was no visible smoke, it smelled as if the machine was on fire. It lasted me from Dec 23rd 2025 to March 3rd 2026. It is ridiculous. Before I purchased it I read reviews that said the same thing happened to them where the machine just died but I thought maybe the reviewers just had some faulty Keurig’s, but seriously, save yourself the money.

Like many other reviews say, this only lasted us about a month or two. We bought this in December 2025, installed it after the holidays so sometime in January and it went out in February. While it worked it was pretty standard, nothing over the top. I appreciated how slim it is for our small apartment and how quick it was at making our coffee. Just wish it lasted us longer.
