I purchased this to replace an older, bulkier model that lasted about 2 years. I liked the idea of this smaller machine as the last one had a huge side reservoir that took up a lot of space. Well I guess Keurig’s should now be considered a disposable item as the new one lasted almost exactly three months. We noticed it was flashing to add water even though the reservoir was full. This went on for about week but we found that if we unplugged it then plugged it back in that would fix the issue. I guess it was a temporary fix because eventually it just stopped working altogether. Target would not let us return it because it was just a few days beyond 90 days. They told us we needed to contact Keurig directly.

Just received. Plugged it in, added water, waited about 15 minutes to heat up something inside? I tried at least 4 times and no hot water came out. This is not ok for a brand new item! I'd say skip this K iced. I kinda think it may have a issue with the insides? Don't buy this model.

I really wanted to love the Keurig® K-Iced Plus, and in many ways, I do! It makes delicious iced coffee quickly and easily, and I appreciate the sleek design and user-friendly features. The option for strong brew and iced settings is a nice touch, especially for busy mornings. BUT the power cord is RIDICULOUSlY short. It seriously limits where I can place it on my kitchen counter, and I ended up having to rearrange my entire toyhauler counter just to use it near an outlet. For such a modern machine, I expected a bit more flexibility. Overall, it’s a decent coffee maker with good performance but the short cord is a frustrating flaw that keeps it from being great.

Lid does not fully close when you insert a pod. Having the water reservoir in the back is very inconvenient. Item is very lightweight and does not seem to be worth the money. I may have to return because of the lid

Never used iced function and the first day I did the machine went out. It was barely used in general as most of the staff is remote. Highly disappointed in the brand. The quality has declined drastically!!!

Bought in January 2025 to replace the previous Keurig (about a year old) that was randomly shutting off shortly after/ midway through the brew process. This product is now doing the exact same thing. I have followed all relevant trouble shooting steps and have descaled/cleaned product to no avail. Unfortunately, I can't return. Definitely not going to get another Keurig, especially at the price tags they have. The quality of this brand has absolutely gone down hill and it shows. We shouldn't have to purchase extended warranties for more money, yet, we seem to have accepted this as a society instead of holding companies accountable for terrible products.

I have had a Keurig for years - always bought the big size Keurig. Well, I decided to get a smaller size and I thought the iced coffee feature would be nice; however, I do not like this version of the Keurig. It has three brew sizes - 8 oz, 10 oz, and 12 oz., but it only seems to brew 8 oz or less. The 12 oz works sometimes but the coffee is very weak. I will be returning to get the elite Keurig. Moral of the story - you get what you pay for.

This was a great coffee maker but it broke after just 2 years of using it. For as expensive as it is and the brand I would expect it to last longer. My old Keurig lasted over 8 years before it broke.

The Iced brew sizes will dispense half the volume of coffee (example: 12oz button dispenses 6oz of coffee) to give a final beverage size of 8, 10, or 12oz after ice melt. KNOWN COMMON ISSUE - stops working after descale

Search online and you will see that a very well known issue with these keurigs are that they stop working after descale. I wish I had searched. I got mine in December 2024 and I followed the instructions to descale. After the rinse cycle, it turned completely off and won't turn back on. I'm not alone. Don't buy.
