Used 5 times, and it stopped working. Didn't have the box or receipt other than the proof of purchase on the Target app, and it was past the return, so when I went into the store, they basically told me there's nothing they can do and I would have to call Target customer service. We'll see what happens with that.

I upgraded my older Kuerig to the K-ICED PLUS. It not only provided faster output but saved counter space and a dedicated Cold drink button for Iced tea and other beverages. Good product.

This was a bust for me. I tried expirementing with multiple K Cup flavors, hot VS iced coffee and each cup tasted bitter/like brunt coffee. I returned it and purchased another brand instead and I couldn't be happier!

Got for the size and convenience of making one cup at a time. Baught to replace another older kaurig. Disappointed that it only lasted a few months, Won't turn on anymore poor quality if only a few months of useablity.

The stream could be better. I had mine for 8 months and it randomly stopped working one evening. I ended up calling Keurig for a warranty replacement. Well see how long the new one lasts.

I purchased this machine for a beach condo and all the guests have been very pleased with it. It is nice for family and other guests to have the option of hot or cold coffee or tea within minutes!
