I ordered this on line from the bethel CT for delivery. When it arrived it was retaped with target packing tape. I was concerned. Gave it to my daughter. When she opened or reopened it there was a plastic piece from the water reserve broken and in the packaging. So you sent me a defective retaped item. I am very irritated Does it work. Yes. Is it perfect no. Should it have been sent no. Should I have been charged the full price NO. Make it right
