Broke within 9 months
I purchased this coffee maker in January and it no longer brews coffee. There seems to be an issue with water coming through to the pod and then into the coffee cup. I have descaled it multiple times, rinsed it multiple times and nothing helps. Unfortunately both the Target and Keurig manufacturing return windows have passed so I paid $100 for a coffee maker that only lasted 9 months. Be advised that this is not a quality product.

It was nice at first but then it stopped working after a few months would not recommend I bought it twice and got a replacement from the company all 3 stopped working plus I don’t like the taste from it .

Coffe machine doesn't work
I had to call keurig to find out why this wasn't working correctly . This was at the set up phase. Wouldn't heat water, won't stay on cycle.! They are sending another. We will see how this new one works.

Love it, but didnt last
I got this Keurig a little over a year ago and loved it. I had it in my classroom to enjoy my morning coffee there. But suddenly yesterday it smelled horribly and began to smoke. I had to air it out, it smelled so bad. Normally, when the water level in the tank is low, the water light turns on and the machine will not do anything until you fill it. This time, the tank was low, but the water light never went off. When I walked over to my brewer to see what was going on I realized that the water tank was empty, and smoke was coming out from the area where the k cup sits. I’m so sad that this product malfunctioned and broke down after a little bit over a year. It feels like these aren’t built to last intentionally, so that you have to buy more. Luckily I still have my original Keurig mini brewer and it still works. So I was still able to have my morning coffee at work. Although this model brews faster, is smaller, and cuter, it’s unfortunate that it’s not built to last.

Good start but failed
This was a great idea but I've had nothing but trouble with it. Two pods have popped when starting to brew causing steam and water everywhere. Other pods won't brew straight down but rather outside the cup. It is cute and small, just wish it was functional. Two stars because it worked at first and I liked the color variety.

Broken at 14 months old
Broke after a year. Went to descale it (which is a pain in the butt to do on this model anyway) and it just stopped working. No lights, no power. Lots of online reviews saying the same thing happened to others. It just went out of warranty two months ago so Keurig won't help. Don't buy it, get a better brand.

Awful taste
I’ve owned a ton of keurigs but this one has an awful chemical taste, I tried everything to get rid of it. Washed it down, did cleansing pods, about 100 rinses, nothing worked the coffee tastes off. Keurig nicely sent me another but it’s the same issue. A ton of people reviewed this and don’t mention it which leaves me perplexed but I guess I have a more sensitive palette. I think I’ll try to get an old model used keurig because I’m afraid to try another new one now.
