Clogs more often than it works. Any time I want to run a cup, it clogs, sprays out over the top of the k-cup, and only dispenses a small amount. I have to clean it every single time I want a cup of coffee. Would not recommend.

I ordered this on line from the bethel CT for delivery. When it arrived it was retaped with target packing tape. I was concerned. Gave it to my daughter. When she opened or reopened it there was a plastic piece from the water reserve broken and in the packaging. So you sent me a defective retaped item. I am very irritated Does it work. Yes. Dead
Stopped working after a year. Light won't turn on no matter how much I open and close the lid. Even tried different plugs. It hasn't moved an inch off my countertop since I bought it so I have no idea what caused it to die on me. Sucks because I really liked it before this.
