It Leaks
I have purchased 2 of these and they both leak from the bottom of the machine after you set the water reservoir tank on it to brew. It also gets so hot the coffee simmers so it gets burnt. After close to 20 years with a previous model I am very disappointed.

Great for disabled!
Our first unit lasted 6 years, however when time to replace, they do not last long. Have had 4 additional ones since and they barely last 1 yr. One only lasted a few months and they very easily replaced it. That's no longer the case. I have a serious hand tremor and it meets my disability in that I need to fill reservoir in sink - no pourover constraints AND no worries of dropping full glass caraffes. My current one was ourchased July 2024 and does not keep hot any more. Have begged them to really improve this for the many persons with various disabilities!

Great Coffee Maker but Very Poor Reliability
We have owned 5 of these, each has lasted from 1 to 18 months, our last one only lasted 3 months so we are not wasting any more money on these. While they are a great idea, their reliability is nothing short of JUNK.

Brew station needs improvement
This is my second Brewstation. I was disappointed with this one as they made it slimmer but less functional. I always pour my fresh brewed coffee into a carafe. The older models had a big pour spot on the back. The new models had has a small pour dpiut making it difficult to pour out the coffee without spilling it. Additionally, the water canister on the side is much narrower than the previous models

There is no carafe to break
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this. The removeable reservoir is nice and no having a carafe to break is a bonus. I would recommend this. I have it under a cabinet and purchased a slide out caddy for underneath it which helps when I need to make coffee.

I had one of these many years ago & liked the design. However, this one fell way short of what I expected. It was great for about 2 mths. Then it started acting up, it would stop brewing after about 4-5 cups. You'd have to turn it off & start the brew cycle over to get close to 12 cups. I clean it regularly, so that's not the issue. Today it's going to the trash can after 8 mths of fighting with it- I'm done. It has now stopped brewing after 3 cups. Nope- junk.

Love the style, Leaking not so much.
I've had this exact model since for about 8 years. Lasted much longer than any other brand drip I've had and love the fill and dispense design. First one lasted about 8 years at which point it no longer turned on. This replacement was fine until I moved and for the last 4 months the hose from the cold water resevoir to the heater has been leaking. I now keep it on a cafeteria try with paper towels under it. Some days it does well, like today, no drips. Other days it drips out about 1/3 cup of cold water. I'm dissapointed to read many, many others are having similar issues. Where is the Quality control?

We love this coffee maker. We had the same type for over 6 years and it just recently started slowing down and not getting hot. We decided to get the exact same type because it keeps your coffee nice and hot. You can set it for up to 4 hours and you won’t get that burnt taste.
