Returning ASAP.
We’ve had this for less than a month and there is a horrid foul smell coming from it now. We’ve never had this problem with a Brita filter in the past. Do not recommend this.

Good Product, lack instructions
Lack of information in instructions booklet. Especially when you use abbreviations for TDS, many people don't know the meaning of this TDS. I am 80 years old, and I worked with computers in publications. The rule was using the description first, and in parenthesis the abbreviation. Also, I live in USA, since we are one of the largest populations 53 million Spanish speaking, I believe that you can have in consideration to publish in Spanish the instructions.

Filter life is disappointing
I bought the 32 cup dispenser about a month ago. It does make the tap water taste better BUT the filters do not last very long if you live somewhere with high TDS in the tap water (i.e. all of Southern California). It's been three weeks and I have already gone through two filters. After about 8-9 days of moderate use the water takes on a metallic and fishy taste due to the filter breakdown that is worse than unfiltered tap water. The filters are far too expensive for me to want to keep the dispenser so I will be getting rid of it as soon as the filters are done. I'm only giving it two stars because it is easy to set up (easier than a Brita filter in my opinion), and the water does not take very long to filter.

Problem
Bought the big 32 cup pitcher earlier this year, the filter does not even last a week. It lasts for 3 or 4 days and then water taste changes and the turns rancid. It tastes awful, combination of iron and sour lemon. I searched the issue and I am not the only one. Way too expensive to replace filter every 3 to 4 days.

Excellent water filter
I bought this product to replace a triple osmosis water filter. Since my husband's recent passing, I am not able to manage replacing the filters etc. After a search, I discovered Culligan products and bought this filter along with 3 replacement filters and started using it early in July 2025, After only three weeks, I am very pleased with the taste of the clear water, the ease of use and refilling, and the monitor that shows the water is pure. I keep it on my counter for easy access and use. I totally recommend this water filter.

Unfortunately the TDS meter included did not work out of the box. Dead batteries? Tried them every which way they could be inserted. I'll be returning this product.

Pretty useful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Summer is here and this mulligan dispenser filter is ready our go to for family gatherings. They are great for our backyard. It’s a great size and allows for a lot water. The filtration performance is good! We already have filtered water system in our home so it’s hard to judge the water taste properly. Very little maintenance requirements. Just need a new filter and it’s super easy to install.

I don’t have to refill it constantly, which is a big win. The filtration performance is impressive. I can taste a difference in the water quality, it's more crisp, clean, and fresh. It gives me peace of mind knowing it reduces things like lead, PFAS, and other contaminants. Awesome! It includes a TDS meter, which is super helpful for knowing exactly when to replace the filter, making maintenance really easy. I also appreciate that it's made from BPA-free plastic. The design is a bit bulky, it doesn’t fit in my fridge, so I keep it on the counter. I wish it were like my older filter which is attached to the faucet itself, taking a lot less space. Still, the sleek look blends in well, and the sliding lid makes it easy to refill, so it's not that bad.

Setting up is easy and although it does take up more room then intended, we drink lots of water so we don’t have to constantly refill. Making sure lead and impurities are filtered from our water is important and this seems to do the trick!
