Bad filter life
We purchased this filtration picture and are very disappointed in it. The filters do not seem to.last long for the price. We put a new filter in ours a month ago and already the water is tasting funny. I think k the filter should last longer than a month. There is only 2 of use using it so I feel this is a waste to have.

tastes funny
Currently talking to your AI. The water has a vinegary taste and smell. Trying to figure out why. We shall see if it has a remedy as we work through the steps being advised to remedy the situation.

Terrible!
This is the worst water filter I've ever used. Installation was easy enough but within 2 days the water basically stopped filtering. Did some research and saw that the filter easily collects air bubbles and yes, could see that the filter was full of air bubbles which was preventing water from filtering through. There are steps that can be taken which basically involve constantly removing the filter which is a huge pain in the butt. More concerning is that after a week or so, the water started to get a weird fishy/baking soda type smell and an off taste. Our tap water does NOT smell like that so we were wondering what the heck is going on with this water filter. FORTUNATELY we only bought this to hold us over as we waited for a descaling kit for our AquaTru filter. DO NOT BUY THIS WATER FILTER, IT IS TERRIBLE. The company seriously needs to do something about it.

Expensive Filters
I bought this 2 months ago and getting ready for my 3rd filter change. Zero readings only last about 2 weeks. The water tastes good but it's getting expensive replacing filters alot sooner than I thought I would. I wouldn't recommend. I may go back to my Brita it may not filter quite as much, although it's pretty close, but at least the filters last over a month almost 2.

Meh ...doesnt seem to work
Convenient and easy to fill. But the water has a bit of a metallic taste right from the start. Now after maybe a week the filter doesn’t seem to be working much at all. Water tastes terrible and ppm is sitting at 400 so it’s not even really safe for drinking. Just doesn’t seem to work.

Tasty Water
Water taste great. Better than any water bottle or 5 gallon jugs you refill. Saving the planet at the same time, less plastic waste.

Returning ASAP.
We’ve had this for less than a month and there is a horrid foul smell coming from it now. We’ve never had this problem with a Brita filter in the past. Do not recommend this.

Good Product, lack instructions
Lack of information in instructions booklet. Especially when you use abbreviations for TDS, many people don't know the meaning of this TDS. I am 80 years old, and I worked with computers in publications. The rule was using the description first, and in parenthesis the abbreviation. Also, I live in USA, since we are one of the largest populations 53 million Spanish speaking, I believe that you can have in consideration to publish in Spanish the instructions.

Filter life is disappointing
I bought the 32 cup dispenser about a month ago. It does make the tap water taste better BUT the filters do not last very long if you live somewhere with high TDS in the tap water (i.e. all of Southern California). It's been three weeks and I have already gone through two filters. After about 8-9 days of moderate use the water takes on a metallic and fishy taste due to the filter breakdown that is worse than unfiltered tap water. The filters are far too expensive for me to want to keep the dispenser so I will be getting rid of it as soon as the filters are done. I'm only giving it two stars because it is easy to set up (easier than a Brita filter in my opinion), and the water does not take very long to filter.

Pleasent to look at.
I love the design fits on my counter perfectly. Easy to refill. Pretty to look at. Plus this filter removes more things than my other one but using both.

Problem
Bought the big 32 cup pitcher earlier this year, the filter does not even last a week. It lasts for 3 or 4 days and then water taste changes and the turns rancid. It tastes awful, combination of iron and sour lemon. I searched the issue and I am not the only one. Way too expensive to replace filter every 3 to 4 days.
