The Culligan ZeroWater 7 Cup Pitcher offers exceptional filtration, effectively removing dissolved solids for crisp, clean-tasting water. Guests appreciate its sleek design, compact size, and the included TDS meter that monitors filter performance. However, many express concerns about the frequent need for filter replacements and the pitcher’s weight when full. Overall, it’s a great choice for those seeking high-quality water filtration in a convenient format.

Disapponting
While this pitcher is able to filter water very quickly, the water tastes disgusting. It’s like drinking Aquafina or Dasani (iykyk). PLUS after only having the filter for 2-3 weeks, the numbers on the pitcher started rapidly increasing and I had to buy a new filter. This isn’t sustainable for me, I’m switching brands.

Costly, small capacity, but water tasts great
Filtered water tastes amazing. Pitcher is heavy, holds too little water as the filter is huge. Filter needs to be replaced every 3 weeks with 2 of us using it. Filters are costly, $18 each, and I dont want to throw that into the landfiull every 3 weeks.

Don't Recommend
As soon as we put the filter in it was already telling us we needed a new filter. Terrible design. Get a Brita instead!!

Do Not Buy
It works fine, but in a week its already telling me I need a new filter. I can not spend money every week for a new filter. My brita worked great and did not have to go through this loop.

Great taste, no longevity
The water tastes great, but the filter lasts 2.5 weeks in a household of two. After some research, it is because our town has hard water so the filter has to work harder. We did not have this issue with our old Brita. We cannot justify spending that much money on water filters to keep using this brand.

Dangerous handle
Very little water can be cleaned at the time. The handle fell off and almost hit my toes. That handle should be stuck on and apparently it becomes loose every time you grab it.

Excellent...... for 2 days
The instructions say to replace the filter one the TDS meter gets above 6ppm. I've had it for less than 2 days, and it's already at 16ppm. I've filled it maybe 6 times? At $15/filter, that's ridiculous. Also, the design isn't great. You have to fill the reservoir 2.5 times to fill the pitcher, and you have to let the water filter completely, or else it will come out from under the lid when you try to pour.

Heavy as lead
The water tastes delicious. The best. It's a marked difference from my brita pitcher. HOWEVER, it's like 20 lbs when it's filled, and it barely gives 24 oz.

Amazing filter!
So far, it’s amazing! I don’t think many people read the instructions. Most of the bad reviews would have been solved if they read the directions. Most people aren’t understanding the meter either. Look at all the pictures and videos for this pitcher on targets website. It’s very helpful! The filter removes the same as reverse osmosis

Great Improvements Come With One Flaw!
I've had this for two weeks and mostly enjoy the changes made to the ZEROWATER pitchers. The thickness of the handle, compact size, and improved filter technology are all improvements over the previous pitchers. However, there's one flaw: tilting the pitcher to pour water makes the sliding lid open, which encourages spills. I think this could've been avoided if they'd added a, "twist-to-lock", function to it. Aside from that, this pitcher is great!

Cleanest water as long as you are patient
Pre-rinsed filters make this pitcher much easier to get started than other brands, and it works exactly as advertised. The catch: The filters need replacing much more frequently than other brands, and filtering speed requires much more patience than other brands. So I use this pitcher only for applications where I would otherwise need distilled or reverse osmosis water (nasal nebulizers, humidifiers that I don't want to clean, etc.) and I keep another brand of pitcher for drinking/cooking water.

Meter
I bought this about 2 months ago and I’m still not sure if the meter is working correctly. The numbers at first didn’t go up or would go up to 23 and back down to 1. I’m not sure if it is supposed to do that or if it is working. I love the 7 cup pitcher. It is small just what I wanted.

Lid design, water quality
I’ve been using the 7 cup filter for about 2 weeks. Con: lid design—the filter is dead center of the lid opening. When you slide the round opening to fill with water, you have to be very careful not to turn water on fully or else it will enter the filter and displace the the filter contents resulting in water not being fully filtered. This happened to mine after about 3 days. I was surprised when the light came on and my indicator read 9. I took the filter out, gave it a GENTLE shake back and forth and reinstalled it. With the lid off, I carefully added more water (not full blast!) aiming for the area beside the filter and it properly filtered the water. Now, I always remove the entire lid rather than sliding the round opening to fill the pitcher so as to avoid running the water directly into the filter. Although this works, you do need arm and hand mobility, as you have to tilt the pitcher to do so. The filter is still producing zero water after a little over 2 weeks.

Too small
With the giant filter installed it does not hold much water. Kind of a joke.
