Q: Will this pitcher work with my Kirkland filter cartridges? Have a box left, pitcher isn't working, both are discontinued. Box states "Fits in most pitchers from Brita." Want to use what I have left.
A: Yes it works with Kirkland filter cartridges
submitted byyashhotline - 1 year agoA: Thank you for contacting us at Brita, and we’re happy to answer your question about using non-Brita Filters with our Denali Pitcher. We can't guarantee that they'd fit properly because the reservoirs in our pitchers are designed specifically for Brita filters and haven't been tested with competitive products. We hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, please give us a call at 800-242-7482 with reference number 230602-000219. Thanks again. Alexandrea from The Brita Team

Q: Is the handle supposed to easily remove from this pitcher? I have had several Brita pitchers but this is the first one where the handle came off after I washed it.
A: Hunt, thanks so much for asking about this. No, we don't anticipate the handle easily coming off of our Denali Pitcher, and we're sad you experienced this. Please call us at 800-242-7482 and refer to this number: 240924-000548. We look forward to hearing from you. Jeffery from The Brita Team

Q: In the description it reads that the Brita standard filter reduces 99% of lead, but when a question was answered, someone from Brita stated it does not remove lead. Can you please advise which is correct?
A: Thanks for checking with us, Lorraine! While our Standard Filter isn't certified to reduce lead, we're happy to share that you may use our Elite Filter with our Denali Pitcher. Our blue Elite Filter is certified to reduce lead. If you have additional questions, please call us at 800-242-7482 and share reference number 240827-000698. We hope this was helpful! Q: Is it open at the spout? It looks like it in the images. It doesn’t seem like it would keep water clean if it’s open in part, but maybe I’m missing something? I don’t refrigerate my water so it would be sitting on the counter.
A: Thanks for connecting with us about our Denali Pitcher. While it doesn't have a cover flap, we recommend regular cleaning to prevent dirt from building up in it. If you have more questions, please call us at 800-242-7482 and refer to this number: 240813-000154. Have a great day. Jeffery from The Brita Team

Q: Does it remove copper and lead?
A: We appreciate your question and are happy to help! While the Standard Filter included with our Denali Pitcher is certified to reduce copper, it doesn't remove lead. As our Elite Filter, Faucet Filter, and Hub Filter reduce lead, we don't offer a filter that reduces both copper and lead. If you have additional questions, please call us at 800-242-7482 and mention reference number 240716-000493. Thanks for checking with us! Ashlee from The Brita Team

Q: Can someone who actually purchased answer if the inside part is easily removed to wash? (other than a brand expert) I own a Brita now that's about impossible to remove the inside, I hate it! Tyvm
A: Thanks for your interest in our Denali Pitcher, Laurie. We're sorry to hear you had trouble removing the reservoir of your current Brita system, and we want to share some tips. First, try placing your finger between the reservoir and the pitcher in the spout area to remove it. You may also place your system on the counter, as the tank will expand a little once it's room temperature. Another option is filling the system with water and turning it upside down in your sink. The pressure should cause the reservoir to separate. So we may assist further, please call us at 800-242-7482 and mention reference number 240508-000522. We hope to talk soon. Q: Does this pitcher and filter require refrigeration? I would like to use it for room temp water.
A: Great question, Asia! While we recommend keeping your Denali Pitcher in the refrigerator for cool, great-tasting water, you may keep it out of the refrigerator in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Just be sure to replace any filtered water left sitting for several days or more and wash your pitcher once a week. If you have additional questions, please call us at 800-242-7482 and mention reference number 240226-000556. We hope this helps! Ashlee from The Brita Team
