If I could give this 0 stars I would. Essentially, I paid $19 for a pink pitcher. The PUR filter is cheap, removes nothing from my water, and leaks large amounts of charcoal into the water. I followed PUR’s instructions from start to finish. I also followed their very simple instructions to fix the charcoal leak issue twice. It still leaks charcoal. I have two filtered pitchers. One’s a Brita, and the other is PUR. I purchased the PUR Pitcher because I wanted an inexpensive filter to use multiple times a day to fill my humidifiers for my orchids and various plants. Mostly, this is due to my Brita Elite filters being so expensive. Well, I found PUR was more hassle than saving a few bucks. I’ll be returning this trash and sticking with Brita from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water taste weird at first but after 2 hours it tasted better but in my opinion it takes to long to filter the water and the plastic pitcher broke after one week only.it feels so cheaply made and I like a pitcher that can last and can clean my water with no issues.this one needs improvement I want to make sure that water won’t leak and with this one it leaks on the top and it also cracked.what I like is the size but not very satisfied with this product.

She says it just tastes better. I love that it is big enough I don't have to fill it everyday but small enough it fits perfectly in my fridge.

This PUR filter has BEEN A LIFE CHANGER. The water tastes better than Bottled water is is crystal clear every time. It's easy to fill up, and easy to change out the filters, which is recommended to do every two months or every 40 gallons. Perhaps my favorite part is that its BPA free and dishwasher safe. It hold 7 cups of water and has a very slim shape so it easily fits in our small refrigerator. Although, I appreciate its light weight and slim design I wish it held more water- my family of three drinks tons of water each day and it can be tiresome to constantly refill the pitcher. Although each tub pour is quickly filtered- it takes around 3 tub fills to fill the entire pitcher. Overall, the pitcher has a perfect taste, a easy pour, and a beautiful design

Our only complaint is that it takes slightly longer to fill it up because of the small size of the top part. Other than that, it's great!

I absolutely love the design of this pitcher it's so pretty. I also love that it reduces chlorine for my water and gives it a great taste. I highly recommend giving this product a try.

The filter goes in easily and the actual storage part is easy to clean. I really like the blush color(it’s a nice addition to the convenience of the pitcher). The water that we drink from it tastes fresh and it’s a nice way to keep a stock of cold water to drink. The only downside is that I feel like I am refilling the pitcher often.

It holds 7 cups, and it's relatively slim so it fits in my fridge quite well without taking up too much space. Our tap water definitely needs to be filtered, and this works great for that purpose. The water tastes much better too, after going through this pitcher. It's easy to fill up, and easy to change out the filters, which is recommended to do every two months or every 40 gallons. Perhaps my favorite part is that its BPA free and dishwasher safe. That's awesome for me, as i really don't have the time to hand wash yet another dish, with having 3 kiddos and being in college. This is a great filter to purchase if you are looking for a new one.

I received a green one instead of a blush one,nand the cap is broken but I do love this product. You should rinse the filter longer than 15 seconds as the water was dark. I threw out the water and had to rinse it one more time. overall good product and will recommend it.

The only con would be just make sure you rinse off the filter before first time use, in between uses and the filter needs to be replaced every 2 months but that is something I can get used to.
