I bought this pitcher in September 2022. Today, 1/8/2023, I noticed a puddle of water in my fridge. It turns out the seam in the back of the pitcher, where the handle is, sprung a leak. It's been more than 90 days since the purchase, but i'll be trying to return it.

Bought for apartment living and fridge does not have water feature. The PUR brand was highly recommended as one of the best, purest filtered water; however, this cracked within 3 weeks of using, and no one in the family damaged it. I think I'll research Brita brand now.

Have had several of PUR pitchers before but this one is the best yet for size and ease. Good product and Target was right on with delivery. We live on well water so these pitchers help a lot with the hard water problem we have with coffee, tea, etc. Yes, I would recommend this to others

And to me that’s a huge plus when purchasing one of these water filtration systems. I use my PUR pitcher mainly when I am hosting gatherings at my house. It is so handy to have to refill people’s glasses instead of everyone having to use the non-filtered faucet or bottles of water. It pours so easily even when it is full - 11 cups is a lot of water to hold and pour. The design of the handle makes it easy to leverage while pouring and it is comfortable to hold. And no spilling at the end of pour!! It only takes a few minutes for the water to go through the filter and into the main water pitcher. So even if you do need to refill often, clean and good water won’t take long. The lid securely snaps to the pitchers so you are not fumbling with trying to hold the lid and pour. The replacement indicator feature is nice but it has its flaws. The reset button allows you to change it from “replace now” to “OK” however it says to replace the pitcher after 40 gallons and the filter indicator automatically changes to “replace now” after 2 months. Also, I haven’t got to this point yet but it also states after a few years the battery will go out on the filter and is non-replaceable. This is the reason I gave this pitcher a 4 instead of 5. I never knew how much of a difference this pitcher would make. But now I can say WOW!!! The water just taste so much nicer now. I've been drinking water a lot more like I should be. Lol. I'm am going out next pay to get another cause I can drink threw one pitcher in a day myself. But I have 3 kids that drink the water to. I have tried a couple of the cheaper filter pitchers and was not satisfied with the products. The cheaper pitchers were as expected, cheaper made, and I did not notice a difference in the taste of the water when filtered. I can definitely taste the difference with this one. I have and will continue to recommend this filter pitcher to my friends. I like that it has an LED status light on the lid that remind me when to get a new filter, and also when to replace the filter. I use this daily. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This water pitcher suits my needs perfectly. The size is great and fits on the shelf in my fridge, which I've had problems with other pitchers fitting in my fridge, so that was a huge plus for me. The filter indicator light is very convenient and allows you to see when your filter needs changing. It takes between 3 and 4 minutes to filter a full fill up, which I thought was a very acceptable amount of time. My tap water has a strong chlorine taste and this pitcher removed all tastes from my water, just leaving at crisp, clean, and pure! Highly recommend. I am so happy that I tried this product, no more bad tasting water from the tap. It takes away the chlorine taste and smell, reduces any contaminants in my tap water and just taste's really good, also very easy to store in the refrigerator not taking up a lot of room. I wasn't drinking nearly enough water and now find myself drinking so much more because it tastes so much better and because I know it is healthy-the water is crystal clear-tastes like pure spring water.
