I want to LOVE this so much, but there's a quirk that makes me wish I had bought another type. My mom and sister both have the pitcher kind and they both refill without issues. I bought the dispenser one thinking it'd be the same way, but it constantly stops filtering even with the reservoir full. The side reservoir (that has a cap) fills up, which then stops the filtering and the bottom part remains empty. I have to go in and SUCK out that for the filtering to keep moving. I at first thought this was an issue with having to replace the filter and cleaning all components, but even after fixing this, filtering still stopped once the side reservoir piece filled up. I have to do this a few times a day for just us two (me and my husband) to be able to use it on the daily. I don't know how else to fix this!!!

Product is poorly designed. It is difficult and/or impossible to remove the carbon filter housing and the instructions for set-up are sequenced in a way that ensures that the product will be ineligible for a return. If you are actually able to set-up the product, it is going to leak. Buy something else. This item should not have gone into production.

Cool product. But leaks terribly the entire time. Either little drips or a lot of them. I have to wipe down my fridge every day it’s so annoying. I do not recommend this product.

I love this filter, water has never tasted so clean. I literally have convinced two of my friends to get their own.

I am mostly happy. My reserve is with the spout, which seems not sturdy, and drips a touch after each use.

I love the fact I can drink water without boiling it in the house now. Only thing, it drips from the spout so I have had to place it over the sink corner to drip into the sink.

I LOVE my new LifeStraw Home Studio Dispenser. It's the perfect size and sits on top of my kitchen counter. It looks nice, filters a good amount of water, and does not take up too much counter space. I LOVE IT!

I gave this to a friend. He wanted a water purifier but couldn’t afford one. His doesn’t empty completely and leaves about 12 ounces of water in the bottom. I have an 18 cup dispenser and it empties out completely. So I like the design of the 18 cup dispenser much better than the one I recently purchased. But both work well to filter the water.

Confused about why the dispenser never fills up completely and there is no guide level indicator as to how much you should fill the inner compartment.

I love the taste of the water (it tastes like nothing, which is amazing)! Unfortunately the dispenser drips constantly, which is annoying as it wastes water and filter life and also leaves a mess in my fridge no matter what I do.

I absolutely love this water filter. I use it at my office and it makes city tap water palatable. My water consumption has greatly increased since purchasing this filter. The size is convenient for transporting back and forth to the office kitchen for cleaning. I plan to purchase a larger version for my home. I feel safe drinking water from this pitcher and as a global charity worker, I’m proud to support a company that is making an impact.

After 17+ years of working in disasters and emergencies, I said… let ME get better prepared. I know Lifestraw from work but never owned a product personally. I was so surprised how beautiful the household and personal filter/dispenser options are. I set the dispenser up in my kitchen on the counter and I’m surprised how much more water I’m drinking with fresh tasting clean water just available. No chlorine taste, no smells, and the dispenser is a beautiful color too! Now, I’m feeling even more prepared for hurricane season or anytime I might lose power, but surprisingly I’m drinking more water too!

I loved everything about it except the dispenser leaked so much. We had it in our fridge, and it ruined all the food on the shelf below. I’ve gone through product reviews for this item, and it seems like leaking is a common complaint. But some people do not seem to have that issue at all! I ended up ordering LifeStraw’s glass pitcher after my experience with the dispenser, and I LOVE the glass pitcher.

This now gives me access to life saving drinking eater - in the comfort of my office.

I love this filter, the color is beautiful and it works amazing! This is my second filter from this company and love the design and how easy it is to fill and use.
