Lid already broke
I dropped the lid on soft vinyl flooring and it cracked in half within first couple weeks of having it. Very fragile components are kind of a disappointment for how expensive these filters are. Otherwise it works fine.

Perfect Size
This is a perfect size for the two of us and filtration time is quicker than out Home 7 quart pitcher. We love this one1

Great Little Dispenser
This is my third dispenser from LifeStraw. I needed a small one to make my life easier, and it’s perfect. Great for a personal office or she-shed/man cave. Same quality filtering as their other dispensers.

Great For Filtering
My water has recently gotten very cloudy and nasty. I am so happy to have this to be able to filter the water. I keep it on my kitchen counter. Love it!

Leaky spout
I was wary of the design before buying and I should have trusted my gut. The spout was leaky from the moment I first drained it to clean it. Glad to have a filter, the water tastes great, but the design is a bit annoying.

One dispenser is fine, the other leaked from the spigot
One dispenser is fine, the other leaked from the spigot . I am hoping the return process is smooth.

Drip, drip, drip
I love the size and ease of use of the dispenser. It's unfortunate that it has a steady very small drip from the spout. I'm waiting for a new, improved studio dispenser because I do appreciate the design and the company.

Our third one
We trust that this dispenser and our other two remove parasites and plastics from our water. It tastes great and looks great in the refrigerator or on the counter.

Great water, but a little bit drippy
We love the taste of our water, definitely an improvement from some other water filters we've used. The only little problem we have is that every time we get some water there's some drips left behind which leaves my fridge a little bit wet.

NO MORE PLASTIC AND OTHER TOXIC JUNK
Very good design and size. It took quite awhile to run the water through the system during the first 5 attempts, and it is a bit difficult to disburse the water once cleaned if the first jug is still inside the larger jug. But, the joy of not having plastic and other crap in the water is worth it. Thanks so much!!!!

I appreciate its modern design
I appreciate its modern design and compact size. The customer serive was superb as well. However, personally, I find the taste of the water unappealing, so I don’t drink it. My husband and daughter don’t use the filter either. We haven’t used the filter for several days.

I like other lifestraw products, but AVOID the home studio dispenser.
I really want to like this product, but have had two bad experiences with design so far. There is a constant small leak (drip) from the dispenser, so we have had to keep the dispenser outdoors on a picnic table. When pulling the center out of the reservoir, the plastic shattered and resulted in a deep cut on my finger.

Too many quirks
I want to LOVE this so much, but there's a quirk that makes me wish I had bought another type. My mom and sister both have the pitcher kind and they both refill without issues. I bought the dispenser one thinking it'd be the same way, but it constantly stops filtering even with the reservoir full. The side reservoir (that has a cap) fills up, which then stops the filtering and the bottom part remains empty. I have to go in and SUCK out that for the filtering to keep moving. I at first thought this was an issue with having to replace the filter and cleaning all components, but even after fixing this, filtering still stopped once the side reservoir piece filled up. I have to do this a few times a day for just us two (me and my husband) to be able to use it on the daily. I don't know how else to fix this!!!

Do Not Buy
Product is poorly designed. It is difficult and/or impossible to remove the carbon filter housing and the instructions for set-up are sequenced in a way that ensures that the product will be ineligible for a return. If you are actually able to set-up the product, it is going to leak. Buy something else. This item should not have gone into production.

Constantly leaking
Cool product. But leaks terribly the entire time. Either little drips or a lot of them. I have to wipe down my fridge every day it’s so annoying. I do not recommend this product.

Spout drip
I am mostly happy. My reserve is with the spout, which seems not sturdy, and drips a touch after each use.

Feel safe now drinking house water from well!
I love the fact I can drink water without boiling it in the house now. Only thing, it drips from the spout so I have had to place it over the sink corner to drip into the sink.
