Very Happy
I have the plexiglass carafe, and am very happy with it. Love the peace of mind knowing my Bulldog is getting water with no impurities.

Thank you! It’s great. Water tastes as water should… without chlorine and other harmful substances.

No instructions on membrane microfilmer
With enthusiasm, I jut unboxed my new home water filter dispenser. Instructions say to remove and rinse the membrane microfilmer, but there is no way to get it out. I tried to call, seek help, etc. But I had to leave an email address and it will be 3 days to get an answer. No you tube video, no written instructions. Just a blank. This is just awful. The dang thing is stuck up in there, the top won't come off, and I can't use the new filter. What the heck? Very disappointed.

All good. The brief replacement instructions are a good add.

Temperamental but decent taste
This was a replacement for our two year old original. The plastic dispensing surround and alignment slots deteriorate over time and finally break. This unit is used exclusively by two older adults. Also it can be very difficult to set up the filters in the unit without having to deal with airlock issues. I never let the unit get below 1/4 full. The filtered water tastes pretty clean but is not without any flavor which is what I am used to after using steam distillers for 40 years. I still used distilled for coffee but want more minerals in my drinking water.

Dispenser
Water tastes good. No annoyance there. Problems are: 1). the teenie, tiny apparatus/spout designed to push so that water flows from dispenser into a glass: it is too small, only sticking out from pitcher wall about 1/16 inch, and, 2). Water flow from dispenser spout into the pitcher is waaaaay too slow, so I dont do it. . . . . It takes forever to fill up anything larger capacity than a small cup. I have to wait till all theater has filtered, is in pitcher, remove filter section, THEN pour into pitcher or larger cup/tumbler. Whew. Hope it is understandable! Thx

Exactly What I was Hoping For
This water dispenser is great! Easy to set up and use. I drink a lot of what so I am happy to no longer be constantly refilling a pitcher.

So far so good!
I enjoy having a plastic free option (minus the filter of course) and I love that this filters out so many different things. For the price point you cannot go wrong. One small thing I noticed at first, like what many others were saying that it does take awhile to filter. But over time and use it moves a bit quicker. I see it as, if it takes awhile to filter its being thorough in filtering out possible contaminates.

Good filter.
I ordered 2 years of filters and the 7 cup water pitcher and it filters out quite a bit. I mean the water tastes so much different clean.

In Love with Lifestraw
I am in love with my Lifestraw home water pitcher. I was worried about microplastics in the municipal water supply because they have been found in our brains. Higher concentrations of microplastics in brain tissue appear to be correlated with dementia. It's time that we all take steps to prevent this buildup by using lifestraw for all of our drinking water needs. The water also tastes much better and smoother than non-filtered water.

Counter top dispenser
I was impressed with how the water now tastes. I see the value in purchasing a dispenser with a filter sensor. I am not good at accurately keeping count of how frequently I fill the dispenser each day.

Love it
I am very pleased with the dispenser. The water is delicious and even my cat seems to be drinking more water! I keep it on the bottom shelf In the fridge and my only complaint, and it is a tiny complaint, is that the spout drips a tiny bit after filling the glass. But heck, it’s only water, won’t hurt anything. 😄

Drains too slow
Small amount of water held in filter reservoir and takes 30 minutes for that amount to drain. Unusable

Happy Customer!
Very happy with the taste of the water. Ordered another pitcher because we use the water for our cooking and for our pets too. Glad it filters out more harmful substances than other water company filters on the market. Haven’t used our other products as of yet.

Good despite leaks
Excellent for improvement in taste of water. Bought the wood stand. Filter stays on counter and allows for frequent filling. Shallow cup catches drip leaks. Once leaked from the junction of the container to the spout but stopped. I’m going to lightly tighten the compression nut that holds the faucet to the body if it occurs again. I wonder if algae will grow because the tank is never empty. Will find out. I remain unwilling to by bottled water again.

Good pitcher , a bit heavy when full
I like the pitcher. It is tall but it does fit in my refrigerator with careful placement. When you fill it completely which takes 2 + fills of the inner, it is kind of heavy to pour. Maybe the 7 cup would be better for most people since it would be lighter and a little shorter so it fits in the fridge a little easier.
