A: It doesn't ever get hot while cooking if that's what you mean? I wouldn't call it cool because it's always room temperature at best.

A: I'm coming up on a year (won this in a holiday raffle). It's holding up so far for me! We only use it maybe 3 or 4 times a week if that makes a difference.

Q: Can't hear fan or anything at all and it's taking over 40 plus minutes to air fry n or bake . says takes 8-15 min( depending on what it is) in a regular oven. No fan noise at all either

I've used this several times. I thought the preheat time would be like the oven, but i sat down to wait and the bell rang! Then the time to cook is shorter and my food was crispier and toasted a nice color. I used a fryer insert, which worked great except for a grilled cheese. It seems direct contact with the grill plate may be better. The only difficulty I encountered was inserting sand removing the grill plate. The rubber feet make it very tight.

I’ve had the air fryer for 2 weeks and used it 4 times (roasted potatoes, roasted cauliflower, reheating tater tots and fried chicken (breaded myself). It works as described. Food was good, but the directions for use are not easy to comprehend and follow.

Shipped from Target :( they did not put it in a box. Instead , it was shipped just in the manufacturers box. Not happy. It’s a present so i hope it works. There was some damage to the box when Fed Ex delivered it to my house. Ughhh come on Target put it in a box so it’s at least semi protected and discreet.
