Don't buy this

Don't waste your money. Every time I use it there's a smell of burning electrical. I've had it a week and used it once daily. Cheap plastic pitcher that I doubt will last long.

Good price, but unreliable

My mom gifted me this blender as a house warming gift. Ive only used it about 6-8 times. The blender began to give a strong odor of burnt rubber. Its also extremely loud, so loud that my apple watch alerts me every time I use it. Its also hard to lock into place. After the burning smell began, it hasnt functioned properly. From reading the reviews, it doesnt seem like im the only one dealing with this issue

didn't last 1 year

I bought this to make basic milkshakes. I used it about 1-4 times per month. I've had it 11 months and today it no longer works. the blades in the pitcher are frozen/stuck into place. my husband is very handy and could not get it to work. it was quite inexpensive as I bought it during holiday sales season. but it should last longer especially for a known brand name. and honestly it wasn't great to begin with - I always had to pick it up and shake it around to get it mixing after about 10 seconds.

- Does not blend well - Gives off a plastic/burning smell when in use - The blade does not come out, so it's impossible to clean - The body of the blender is plastic - There is a reason why it's so cheap. It does not do the job it was designed to do

I’m. Giving this blender 4 stars because I only got to use it twice. It worked great those two time. But here why it looses a star for me. If you have a husky that gets on the counters the cup is not dog proof. They can get it off the counter and chew it up. Lesson learned. Good blender for price. Not puppy chew proof because it’s plastic . Happy blending

Lack of basic and straightforward information

I give you only one star because you are apparently unable to tell directly of which material the jar is made. I can only conclude (!) that it is not made of glass. But is this so difficult to tell? I have already got trapped by such incomprehensible lack of basic information while buying very expensive kitchenware and I am really frustrated. You can do better than that if your aim is not to trap potential customers.

Do not buy

Was on sale and I was naive enough to assume it was because of back-to-college or something. This thing is junk. I can make it blend if I shake it while it is running or shut it off 100x, shake, and continue blending.

Stopped working on first use!

I bought this blender today and on the first use it turned off 2 seconds in and will not come back on. Motor smells burnt. Do not buy.

What you’ve described is definitely not typical of our products, and we understand how frustrating it must be to have this happen on first use. Our blenders are designed to be powerful and reliable, and we take quality and safety seriously. Here are a few things you can try before we move forward with a resolution: Check the Reset/Overload Protection: This blender has an overload protection feature to prevent motor burnout. If the motor sensed excessive load, it may have shut off automatically. Please unplug the blender and let it cool down for at least 15–20 minutes. Then try turning it on again. Inspect the Jar and Lid Placement: Ensure the jar is seated correctly on the base and that the lid is properly secured. Some models have safety interlocks that prevent operation if these parts aren't aligned. Test a Different Outlet: Sometimes the issue may be related to the outlet. Try plugging the blender into a different power source to rule this out. Smell of Burnt Motor: A faint odor can sometimes be normal with a brand-new motor during its initial run-in. However, a strong burning smell is not normal and may indicate a malfunction. not actually dishwasher safe

Despite proclaiming the jar as dishwasher safe, ours did not survive its first run.
