My Wand leaks, why?
I have had a zero scratch wand for a while. It eventually started leaking from the push button in the middle of the wand. Was very annoying. Just purchased a new wand, it doesn't have that annoying push thing in the middle. Well, it too leaks from around the sponge at the top. Do any of them not leak?

Weaker plastic
Always loved using the wand since it first came out but nowadays I noticed it's no longer been made to last long. Since the plastic is now even thinner, it's VERY easy to crack. People are experiencing soap leaks because it cracks under were the sponge attachment clicks onto the wand and it's hard to notice.

No hole for the soap to come out
I replaced my old item which was leaking from the bottom and the new scrubber has indentation where holes SHOULD be to allow the soap to reach the sponge but the holes were not punched through so the soap cannot make it to the sponge. Basically it's just a soap storage system. Obviously I just got a defective product but very disappointed

Refills do not last long enough
The dishwand handle is okay but the non scratch refills are worthless. The sponge part falls off of the attaching part after one week use or less. I thought it might be just a bad batch but I bought another pack of your dishwand refills and the first one I installed lasted 2 weeks. I just installed the second one that came in the pack and I am now looking for a different brand. It's just too expensive to change the refills every few weeks.

Not worth it...
The scrubber works but no matter how you store the brush after using, upright or on its side, it leaks water/soap. I wasted a lot of soap filling this wand. There's more mess to clean up from using the brush. At least with a sponge, you can wring it out and put it away.

Doesn't hold soap
I have filled this completely up with dish soap twice and put a new sponge head on and both times the soap completely drained out within a day.
