Q: The soap leaks out of the bottom. I have the cap as tight as it can go and I do store it on the capped end. I just bought it and it came this way. All of the soap leaks out of the bottom. Any fix?

Lifesaver for my hands!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lifesaver for my hands! It’s great for scrubbing pots and pans with greasy or caked on foods. I use it for everything now. Dog dishes, pots and pans, baking dishes, or stuff that has gone bad and you don’t want to touch. The pad is easy enough to replace. The grit on this heavy duty one lasted for quite a long time before I had to replace it.

Bad purchase
I have purchased 2 now and both have failed the model with the self standing base is flawed there is a white o ring in the base of it it keeps coming out and get lost and the dish soap leaks out of the base and gets wasted. The older model was a lot better with the cone shaped capped I used that model for years and never had any problems at all. Not impressed at all with this newer model

Terrible New Design
I do not trust a single one of these "free product" reviews. Maybe if they'd actually spent their money on it the review would be different. These new design wands are HORRIBLE! They leak soap all which is another waste of my money. Please bring back the old design which lasted for years before I had to replace. I have already had to buy TWO of these new ones and it's only been out for a relatively short time. Just another example of shrinkflation and ripping off the consumer.

Refills for 3m heavy duty dish wand have broken off all too often only after a few uses… thought you should know Has the adhesive changed in the past year?? Not the average scotch brite quality. And they’re not cheap …

New design is not working
I’ve always liked the ease of using this product but with a new design, when standing upright, it leaks soap from the base like crazy! It’s gotta get thrown away.

The new closure at the bottom leaks. I have used versions of this dishwand for years with no problems, but the first time I purchased with this new style, it leaked all of the soap out of the handle. I will purchase again in the hopes I just recieved a defective item, but hoping I won't have to move to a new brand.

Good but Not Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting great things with this soap dispensing dishwand, but wasn' as impressed as my expectations. The other 3m dishwand pictured was actually much better at removing stuck-on food than this one. If the food residue isn't cooked on it was good, but compared to the other one it wasn't as effectove. As you van see in the pictures as well, it can't replace a good ol' 3m cellulose sponge with Scothbrite backing for cleaning cups and small bowls eother.

It seems like it is so helpful to have the dish liquid already there and you would think the wand would be more helpful. It is helpful in getting to deeper pots, but it doesn't really help with items with small crevices, like forks. It doesn't really clean between the tines as well as I had hoped. I think this is better for non dish cleaning.

Having the liquid soap in the handle makes it quicker to get through the kitchen clean-up. The handle isn't bulky - feels comfortable in my hand. Works wonders on my bakeware and even cleaning my oven grates and messes that happen inside the oven. It has a build in food scraper to help remove stuck-on food. I toss it in the dishwasher top rack to clean and the scrubber head is easy to remove and replace.

I use it exclusively for my bathroom tile around the tub. The Dishwand fills very easily. I wet down the area and just start scrubbing. I rinse the area that I just cleaned and do a second go around and rinse. I find this very convenient, as I have 3 to do. Cleanup is minimal
