But I think it’s not meant to be unscrewed because it just started to leak real bad each use, it got worse after each use.

Breaks easily

Ive only had it for a few months and the plastic ring around the pitcher that connects it to the base has already snapped in half so I cant use it anymore. If I could return it I would.

Poor Durability, Faulty Lid Design, and Terrible Carafe

I’ve had this blender for about a year. At first, I thought it was a decent product for the price, but the lid design is terrible, the blades spin with so much force that liquid shoots out of the center pour hole, even with the cover pressed down. Yesterday, I tried the ice-crushing feature for the first time and the impact of the ice actually punctured a one-inch hole in the side of the carafe. To make things worse, the carafe has never been easy to lock into the base, and that issue got progressively worse over time. I do not recommend buying this blender.

Please dont waste your money! Second time I used it my watermelon juice exploded out the bottom. Since I only use this blender now for salsa (which comes out the hole up top) it will work but please dont get me started on trying to blend avacado salsa (sauce) Unfortunately for as much as I use a blender this one sucks and I have on more than one occasion wanted to throw it in the trash... fingers crossed Santa brings me a new BETTER blender for xmas!!!
