This thing got the job done I guess, but it really just didn't have the horsepower. And the cord is too short, and there is no off switch so the power light is always on. You get what you pay for, spend the five or ten bucks more for something else

very cheaply made! Quality was definitely not considered with this product! I turned it on and it started to smoke!!!! I thought maybe just because it was new and gave it a minute but the smoke started getting worse. the cord was hot and it smelled!

The temperature settings aren’t in degrees Fahrenheit or celsius. The dial goes from 1 - 5 and the instructions explain what those settings mean by listing how many quarts of water will come to a boil how quickly at each setting. Not useful.

It's very nice to have when something needs to simmer for a long time and takes up a burner for extended period. It's very light weight and is easy to store when not in use. Also easy to use, quick plug it in, turn the knob to the temperature setting wanted and let it do it's thing.

Easy to carry and cook anywhere

This helps me on cooking food that needs more oil or could potentially spread smell in home. I typically cook most of time deep fried food which fills my house with oil smell. The burner has multiple heating options so you can choose whether to heat it up to the lowest setting or the highest setting with a few options in between. I do think it is a good sized burner and you can use a 6-8 inch pot on it. I do wish there was storage for the cord.

Convenient countertop burner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person who avoids using the microwave to heat up my food, I really like this countertop burner. Its size is convenient and lightweight which is a plus since I’ll be using this for my lunch breaks at work. I am able to store it inside my locker once it’s cooled. I was able to heat up my food very quickly since it doesn’t take long for the burner to heat up. The burner heated up evenly which is nice. Although it is small it is sturdy and I can use it pretty much with anything.

It’s super easy to use, all you have to do is plug it in and turn it on. It heats up quickly and works great. To care for it, all you have to do is turn it off, unplug it, and wait for it to cool off and then put it away. It’s super easy and straightforward to use. When heating things up, it heats efficiently and quickly. The dial works great. All in all, this is a really nice countertop burner! It’s very easy to use, it looks nice, and it works well! I would absolutely recommend it!

The cooking plate is 6 inches in diameter and the knob has 5 temperature settings. This is great for taking camping or just when traveling in general. We took it to our campsite to cook up pasta and it worked just as well as using a burner as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach single electric burner is great for many things such as camping, to just have in your truck or as an extra burner at home or to use outside if you want. It's made well and very easy to use and works with any cookware. The burner is 6 diameters and all you do is plug it in. There's a knob that has the numbers 1 through 5 that control the temperature. On this burner it will take one cup of water about five minutes to boil. One thing I want to mention is that to be careful because as soon as you plug it in, it heats up VERY fast so make sure you have it placed where you want it before you plug it in. It is a great item to have around.
