perfect little pan
love love love it. Perfect for beyond sausage patties for breakfast. I follow the instructions exactly, wash with soap and water, dry, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil (a oil with a high smoke point like canola, peanut, or avocado oil). It's amazing. Frozen patties don't stick to the pan. Cooks all the way through and evenly, unlike every other pan I own. Oil doesn't burn so I use it to flavor grits after done making the sausages. Can't wait to try it with other things.
