Fast and efficient cooking!
Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Cooks fast and precise. I live in a tiny house and it’s so much better than the electric cooktop I have. Love it

Hamilton Beach single burner induction cooktop
It’s a nice device. There’s a few things I don’t like about it. It doesn’t appear to want to turn off completely, the on/off button just flashes a red light over and over and sometimes it beeps or the fan comes on. It also it doesn’t appear to properly detect the heat and cut off at the set temperature. Instead, it just keeps cooking and boils the water over my tea kettle.

Good Cooktop! Easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Portable Induction Cooker is a handy cooktop to have. I like that it has 10 different levels of heating, but it does take a little trial and error to figure out which level is best for what items you're cooking at the time. The display has a strange "bubble/crystal"-like look to the glass top so it can be a little hard to read at times (depending on the angle you're looking at it from). The cooktop is also fairly easy to clean, but please be aware that it is hot and stays hot for a little bit after turning it off. A piece of plastic wrap touched it after I had turned off the cooktop and immediately melted. Overall, I think that if you need a portable induction cooktop, or wanted to try one out, this is a good choice.

Great Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The portable induction cooker is great. I used it in my home and brought it to a family member’s home for more cooking space during a family dinner. As long as you pay attention and buy a compatible pan to cook on it, this kitchen item is spectacular. It’s so must faster to boil water on than a stove.

Hamilton Beach Portable induction cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach Portable induction cooker is great! It was easy to learn how to use it. I love that it is portable and I can take it camping or just use it as an extra burner. I love that it doesn't heat up until you put the pan on top of the burner too. The burner has a pretty even heating as well..

Great addition to any kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having spent some time with Hamilton Beach induction cook top, I can say I’m impressed, it’s somewhat larger than some induction cook tops, but the larger surface area makes it extremely stable for use of larger stock parts. Also the increased cooking area makes it easy to see the controls and operate them without danger of hitting a hot pot or skillet and burning yourself. All the controls are in a row located at the front of the cooktop, the touch controls are labeled and easy to see and operate. You can increase the temperature in increments of 5° to achieve great cooking results, it features a boost function allows you to achieve full temperature faster. Temperature can be displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius, and switching between the two only requires the touch of a button, temperature is displayed prominently so there’s no doubt of the temperature you are cooking at. There are many more great features on this cooktop that are going to allow you to achieve great results faster with less cleanup. It’s designed also enables you to clean up easily should you have a spill. I have an induction cook top already but my Hamilton Beach is going to be my go to cooktop in the future because of the features and ease of operation.

Great to have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this induction burner! My stove top quit working so I need a cook top burner. I was using a non-induction cook tip but it was so slow to cook on. I got this induction burner and it cooks so much faster. It is a great size! I can't say how much better the induction is. It is a great size and works so much better. I'm sure you would be happy with it too.

Nice product with potential, easy portability.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this unit a mix. I like the easy design and it is easy to clean, the controls are simply laid out and understand. I have had a couple issues, though. The first use was unpleasant. The smell was horrible and permeated the entire house. The fan was expelling a large amount of very hot air. It was so hot I had to shut it down and move it off my counter in fear of damage. Also the cord (my fault?) was across the area, so be sure to plug it in after checking that it doesn't cross the fan outlet, placing the unit on a wood cutting board is my advice. A big problem is the lack of instruction. It may be great to have 10 power levels but not when there is NO guidance to use. All my stoves had labels low through high, not temperature, so again, no correlation to go by. These could be fixed with a guide book and maybe starting recipes. I will try it more, I do want to use it on the back porch and would love to be able to take it along to pot luck parties.

Well Built but Slightly Noisy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having only used a full-size induction stove at a friends house before, I wasn't sure what to expect from a portable countertop induction plate. This plate works very well at heating things up, quite fast and easy to use. However, it can be rather noisy with a fan that's always on when it's running and a hissing noise from when the induction plate it powered on (especially when using the booster button). It takes some getting used to but after a while you forget about it. You can control the cooktop via temperature or power level. The power levels work great for me. I found that the temperature setting increments were too far apart for them to be useful for me. The power settings maintained my simmer pot at a very perfect low temperature though.

A really great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it. I usually use a gas stove and that is what I based my comparison on. First I reheated some soup. Boy, was it fast. Then I made some vegetable stock. I could heat my veggies till they were translucent, then add the rest of my ingredients and have it simmer. It was done in so much less time. I appreciated the control over the heating and cooking. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product. Of course, just having to wipe it clean when I was done, goes a long way for me.

Fast and convenient cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach Induction Cooktop helps expand your cooking options with fast and flexible induction cooking. It cooks and boils water faster than a typical range or stove. Hamilton Beach Cooktop also has the choice of cooking with 10 heat levels or by temperature. It's compatible with induction-ready cookware from 4" to 10" wide and since it has a smooth surface, spills wipe clean fast.

My kitchen hero!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment and sometimes the stove burners dont work as well as I'd like. It didn't even cross my mind about something like this, but I am so glad it exists! It looks really sleek and high tech. It's very easy to use and I love how it fits perfectly on my countertop. With small space in an apartment, I appreciate the design and size. It truly caters to every situation. I thought it was great that it comes with a magnet so you can test if your cookware will attach itself to the burner. The buttons are big and easy to read, and the instructions helped a ton for a newbie like me. My pots and pans heat up very quickly when I use this and it has quickly became one of my favorite kitchen gadgets I own. It's reliable and a lifesaver in the kitchen. I love it and highly recommend!

A game changer in the Kitchen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A Must-Have for Home Cooks!" I've been using my Portable Induction Cooker for a few weeks now, and I'm hooked. It's perfect for busy weeknights when I need to whip up a quick meal. The cooker is also great for cooking methods that require precise temperature control, like sous vide. The build quality is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. Five stars and a big thumbs up!

Petite but powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow oh wow what a great kitchen tool. I've always wanted to try and induction cooktop, and now I know why. No need to turn on your electric or gas stovetop, when this does it all. Need a precise temperature setting, than look no further, set a temp and it will hold it. Warm or hot summer days or nights, no need to crank up the big stovetop and create more unwanted heat in the kitchen. Easy to clean and easy to use, you'll wish you owned it 10 years ago, it's that useful. The only caveat is you will need to use a pan or pot that contains metal, aluminum only will not work. The unit comes with a magnet so you can test your cookware, if it sticks it's good to go.
