Great but needs lights on the dial
can't wait to continue using it, it's the perfect size for cooking overnight beans and chickpeas, and small soups etc. My 3 stars is because there is NO light on the dial or options, so you have no idea if it's on or not. It needs to have a light on for those passing by the kitchen and so you don't forget etc. They need to change this. Hopefully this will get passed along!

This slow cooker only cooks at one temperature. High. Its low heat cooking is useless.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your Crock-Pot 2qt Manual Slow Cooker - Stainless Steel. We understand how frustrating it is when the Low setting doesn’t perform as expected. Here are a few troubleshooting tips that may help: - Allow time to heat up: The Low setting heats more gradually and may take longer to show visible simmering. - Check contents level: For best performance, keep the cooker between half and three-quarters full. - Ensure proper lid fit: A misaligned lid can trap excess heat or affect temperature consistency. - Test with water: Try filling the unit halfway with water and running it on Low—there should be gentle heating, not rapid boiling. If the issue persists and the unit continues to cook only at a high temperature, we kindly ask you to fill out a warranty claim through our official website. Our team will be happy to review your case and assist you further. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am – 5pm Eastern Time. Thank you! Crock-Pot Consumer Care

Tiny but mighty
It heats up slowly but it has been mag magic for me to make single-size servings. Really has helped my cooking options.

Not too small, not too big
It's the mini-me of the full-size model. Perfect when slow cooking meat for 2 or 3 people. My only reason for 4 out 5 stars is I wish the setting knob would have a white line or contrast indicator so you can easily see what setting it is on.

Perfect size
I needed a small crock pot for an appetizer I was bringing to a Super Bowl party. I looked at the 1-quart mini crock pots but I was afraid it was going to be too small. This 2-quart worked perfectly! I can't wait to try it out for a small meal dish as well. The inner crock is removable and went right in the dishwasher with the lid for easy clean up!!

Crock-Pot 2qt Manual Slow Cooket
The Crock-Pot 2qt Manual Slow Cooker is awesome - as a mainly vegetarian 77 year old widow cooking for one is a mission but this pot is wonderful - I just pop the stuff in and set it to high or low depending when I want it - I bought a timer switch as well so that it switches off when I think it should be done just in case I'm out longer than I thought - the ceramic pot also has passed the FDA requirements which was what I wanted as well

Love It
This little gem arrived in perfect condition on a cold wintry day and was immediately put to work cooking homemade chicken noodle soup. It came out delicious, as did the beef stew I made next. I love the black and stainless steel look, the pricing, and that it washes up easily. However, the dial to change cooking modes doesn't have a very visible marker, so I highlighted it with a professional thin white line. I'd love to share a picture, but Target is the only site that won't upload any of my photos!
