Great product. I really like this product coz it is convenient and easy to use. Great for smaller family. Good part is nonstick pan really not make rice sticks. Stays warm longer period of time.

When you push down the button, the pot tips forward due to the position of the 3 (not 4) legs. We almost had the contents all over the counter & floor! We followed the directions "exactly"; however, the water was lifting and oozing around the lid causing a gooey mess as the steam hole in the lid became clogged. Very dissappointing!!!!

Followed directions to a T and it took close to a half hour for my less than a cup of rice to complete its cooking cycle and it came out mushy - far over cooked. The cooker uses a pressure system where once the water evaporates the container gets lighter and depresses a button that it sits on and shuts the heating element off, so if you don’t have the exact calculation of rice to water ratio, it will not cook properly. Returning immediately.

Really great for when I had surgery and wasn’t allowed to lift more than 5 pounds. It (barely) fits a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese, which is nice when you’re cooking for one because your spouse has leftovers and you don’t!!
