Visit here if you have a missing item and your order was delivered by EFW.
You may be able to report a missing item by completing a refund or replacement request online. Returns must comply with our return policy. To begin the return process:
- Access your Target account.
- Locate your item(s) under Orders on Target.com or under Purchases in the Target app.
- Select Fix an issue.
- Fix an issue will only appear as an option for eligible items.
- Follow the prompts to complete your refund or replacement request.
- You'll be able to request a refund or replacement for a Drive Up, Order Pickup or Same Day Delivery order the day after the order is picked up or delivered.
- Replacements ship for free, are subject to availability and will process as an even exchange.
- If the original item does show up, please contact Target.com Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method in most circumstances.
- Purchases made with a Target GiftCard will be credited back as a new Target eGiftCard.
- Items paid for with PayPal prior to September 13, 2022, will be refunded to a Target eGiftCard, which will be added to your Target account.
- For replacement requests, navigate to your order history for updates.
