Government bodies, not-for-profit organizations, and other similar entities are welcome to apply for exemption with us. Resale exemption certificates will not be accepted. GSA Smart Pay Cards aren’t eligible for exemption on Target.com. However, you may provide a copy of your card with the last four digits unmasked to receive a onetime refund on an existing Target.com order as a courtesy. (DO NOT send us a fully revealed GSA card number).
