What's the cancellation policy for Tot Squad™ appointments?

Tot Squad™ asks its providers to adhere to a "New Family-Friendly" cancellation policy, because they understand that things happen.

If you are canceling or need to reschedule your service / consultation, it will be up to the provider’s discretion to allow for a refund or rescheduling, but typically they will allow you to reschedule one time within 7 days of the originally scheduled appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours may be forfeited, but this policy is provider specific.
