Why does Target use drawings for some products?
Some products have more demand than available inventory. Drawings give eligible guests a an opportunity to purchase these products without having to compete to complete checkout as soon as inventory becomes available.
How are guests selected?
After the drawing entry period ends, Target may review entries for eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet the applicable drawing requirements. Guests are randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Because the number of eligible entries may exceed the available inventory, not every eligible guest will be selected.
Enter the drawing
How do I enter a drawing?
Sign in to your Target account and select Enter the drawing on an eligible product. Each guest may enter once, or as otherwise permitted by the applicable drawing rules found on the product page. No payment is required to enter.
What if I enter after a drawing has already started?
You cannot enter a drawing that has already started.
Does entering earlier improve my chances of being selected?
No. Eligible guests are randomly selected. Entering earlier does not improve your chances of being selected.
Can I enter using more than one Target account?
No. Attempting to use multiple Target accounts to obtain additional entries may result in disqualification from the drawing.

How will I know if I am selected?
If you are selected, Target will send an email to the email address associated with your Target account with instructions for completing your purchase. Check your inbox for this email after the drawing.
Complete your purchase
What happens if I am selected?
If you are selected, you will have 24 hours to complete your purchase, as described in your selection email. Follow the instructions in the email to return to Target and check out before the purchase window expires.
How many can I purchase if I’m selected?
If you are selected, you may purchase the item, subject to applicable purchase limits and order review to confirm eligibility.
Will the item be available if I am selected?
Selection gives you the opportunity to attempt to purchase the item during the 24-hour purchase window. Inventory availability may change, and selection does not guarantee that your order will be accepted or fulfilled.
How will my order be delivered?
Items purchased through a drawing are available for shipping only. Other fulfillment options, including Order Pickup and Same Day Delivery, are not available.
What happens if I do not complete my purchase within 24 hours?
Your opportunity to purchase will expire, and the item may be made available to another guest.

What happens if I am not selected?
If additional inventory becomes available, Target may offer additional drawing opportunities. If your entry remains active and eligible under the applicable drawing rules, it may be considered for a future drawing. Check your email for updates.
Do I need to enter again if I am not selected?
No. If your entry remains active and eligible for future drawings, you do not need to enter again. You will remain entered for future drawings if more inventory becomes available.
Can I leave a drawing?
Yes. Select Leave drawing to withdraw your entry. You will no longer be eligible for the current drawing or future drawings through that entry. If you want to participate again, you must re-enter for that product if the option becomes available.
Can I use automated tools or multiple accounts to enter a drawing?
No: Each guest may enter only as permitted by the applicable drawing rules. The use of bots, scripts, AI agents, or other automated systems to participate in a drawing is prohibited. Attempts to use multiple accounts or otherwise circumvent drawing limits may result in disqualification from current or future drawings, and Target may take additional actions as permitted by Target’s Terms & Conditions.
How does Target address attempts to manipulate a drawing?
Target may review drawing entries and related orders for compliance with drawing rules and Target’s Terms & Conditions. Target may disqualify entries, cancel orders, or terminate accounts, as applicable, when it determines that drawing rules or Target’s Terms & Conditions have been violated. This includes violations involving automated entry, multiple-account abuse, or other attempts at manipulating a drawing.
Does being selected guarantee that my order will be accepted?
No: Selection provides an opportunity to attempt to purchase the eligible product within the stated purchase window. Your order remains subject to inventory availability, applicable purchase limits, and Target's order review and fraud-prevention processes. Selection does not guarantee that your order will be accepted or fulfilled.
