Q: Hi, Can the dots be easily removed?

Q: Does the 18.5 inches in height include the the lid with handle sticking up? Or just basket itself?

Q: The bottom of this hamper tapers, is the 15 inches the diameter of the bottom or the top part? Also, does the 18.5 inches height include the handle on top of the lid or just the basket by itself? Thank you!
