I don’t think anyone here knows what real balsamic vinegar tastes like…
This balsamic is phenomenal, and I’m sorry if you disagree. I’ve never had a watery bottle. It’s taken me a long time to hunt down a bottle that’s as good (and this is better, IMO) as the Monari Federzoni brand target used to have. This G&G one is stellar.

Excellent!
Surprisingly excellent!! One of the best balsamic vinegars I’ve had. It has a deep flavor with a mild sweetness. It makes a fantastic salad dressing. Olive oil, honey, vinegar, and a bit of salt. That’s it!

Surprisingly very good!
No disrespect to anyone, but I have actually traveled to Italy and bought real expensive ($130 a bottle) Balsamic Vinegar. Unfortunately most of the Balsamic Vinegar here in the US is fake. Of the ones that, like this one, that are "real" are still a "watered down" product. This is due to how hard and long it is to make real high quality balsamic vinegar. To this product specifically, my partner and I were both very impressed in it! It actually has a very good flavor and a good body to it. Out of all the balsamic vinegars I've bought here in the US, this is one of the best ones!

Terrible Balsamic Vinegar
I bought this after reading positive reviews. It is a tiny bottle, very runny like water (no body). Taste is mediocre at best. Now I know why it was inexpensive. I will use up in making salad dressings to get rid of. Too runny and blah to put over tomatoes and cheese or other dishes. If you like a good balsamic vinegar, look elsewhere. Can not recommend.

Signature Balsamic is nothing to write home about
Good & Gather’s Singature Balsamic Vinegar is average. When I think of aged balsamic or good balsamic vinegar a liquid that is slightly think and almost sweet comes to mind. This vinegar would be good to use in recipes, but not to pour over your caprese salad. With the Italy sticker on the bottle it looks like an expensive selection. You can’t judge this balsamic by its cover. The cool looking bottle does not hid the fact that the vinegar is watery and lacks a deep flavor.

Great balsamic vinegar
I'm a huge fan of balsamic vinegar so I was really excited to try this signature vinegar. It is imported from Italy and contains 6% acidity. The ingredients are as follows: winte vinegar, cooked grape must, and concentrated grape must. I tasted the vinegar on its own before combining it with other foods. It's sweet and tangy! I have used it on salads and paired it with mozzarella cheese as well grilled meats (chicken and beef). The vinegar adds a great flavor boost to anything.

I love my balsamic vinegar. I use it in a lot of recipes, and I can taste the difference between a good balsamic and one that isn't quality. This is a delicious option. I really enjoy this product! Try it on a salad, or a marinade for chicken.

Great Balsamic
I like using the Good & Gather Balsamic as a salad dressing. I mix it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sometimes I will use a little Honey Mustard as well I shake and emulsify the ingredients and the dressing is light but delicious. I also like to use the balsamic with a little cracked pepper and olive oil on a plate to dip French or Sourdough Bread. It is also good to drip over sliced tomatoes with sliced mozzarella and basil leaves. It is a great flavor, not too sweet. An excellent thickness.

Lovely Vinegar
I am impressed to see Target carrying authentic Italian Balsamic Vinegar under their own brand. It is a lovely vinegar that leans toward the sweet side, with a softness to it. It is perfect for a salad - such as your summer caprese or a peach and haloumi.

High-Quality Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar is the real deal, both in quality and flavor. The fact that it is imported from Italy shows it is authentic and true to the signature taste. And the 8.5 oz. is a good quantity for how long it can last, since a little bit goes a long way. This vinegar is perfect for mixing with equally high-quality olive oil to create a dip for bread. I used gluten free brioche buns when I ate it and the combination worked well. As a fan of balsamic vinegar I am very satisfied with this Target brand, and will be getting more in the future.

This is a reasonably taste balsamic vinegar. It was a little thin and not overly tangy. I felt like it had a nice flavor. The packaging is also pretty appealing and feels a little fancy. I could see using it as a dip for bread or something of the sort.

Superior taste for a very nice price
You could call me The Vinegar Lover since I have over 40 different vinegars in my pantry and I make my own infused vinegars. Of them all, my favorite is balsamic vinegar. I love a rich dark vinegar. Good and Gather's Signature Balsamic Vinegar of Modena ranks up with my absolute favorites for the price. This vinegar has the approved logos for such a fancy vinegar. "Certified and Control Body Authorized by Ministero Delle Politiche Agricole Alimentari E Forestali." Produced and bottled in Italy. This is the real stuff. I use it on my favorite greens, dip breads in it, drizzle it on hard cheeses, and offer it a starring role in my own Insalata Caprese (Tomato Mozzarella Basil Salad). A nice pouring apparatus is in the bottle neck as well so you don't spill everywhere. Highly recommended as you won't find something better tasting with such a fancy pedigree for the price.
