Letter to Battat
I would like to make some comments to Battat, regarding the Glitter Girl division, regarding the skin tones available for the blonde dolls that your company manufactures. The skin tones are typically much too dark for the blonde dolls & it has been a source of dissatisfaction. I know I am NOT alone in this regard as I have read other customer reviews who have expressed the same concern. The clothes are very cute and the dolls faces too but the skin tones on your blonde dolls are disconcertedly too dark, consistantly. It is difficult to discern when ordering over the Internet but invariably the skin tones do NOT match the ethnicity of your blonde doll line. Please make available more accurate depictions of your caucasian line of dolls with more posable dolls available as they are easier to dress & play with; especially dolls that are themed when sold as ballerinas & other atheletic interests, to be more in line with that theme with posable abilities. Are bangs out? I do not see a lot of dolls with bangs & that hair style would be appreciated, if it would be available more often. I have bought my girls many types of Battat dolls, clothes, & assessories so you are getting many things right but this detail of skin tone is a continuing issue & disappointment. Thanks for listening & I hope to see improvements made in this detail of your manufacturing process.

The dolls head is normal doll material, the hair is very silky soft, the clothes seem high quality, the arms and legs are like a squishy material but very durable! The doll feels and looks like it’s made of quality, should hold up and be able to be passed down to the next kiddo. The outfits are cute and easy to swap out. The biggest concern my daughter had was she’s a young get character but much larger than her “adult” Barbie’s. Other than the larger size the doll is a hit and is carried around all over!

She comes with ballet slippers, leg warmers, a dress, and hair ties (all of which are removable). It's about 14 inches, so a really good size! I think the price of these is great compared to some other lines of dolls that are much more expensive. And the quality of these dolls is just as good if not better! The legs and arms are movable and bendable. The hair is so nice as well. Nothing feels cheaply made with these dolls! My niece absolutely loves it and hasn't put her down! I will definitely look into purchasing the other dolls and accessories!

She is super cute and her outfit was good quality and it’s nice that her outfits could be changed if purchased.
