Guests are saying
Guests have expressed significant disappointment regarding the packaging and shipping of collectible items, particularly Pokémon cards. Many reported receiving damaged boxes and cards, leading to frustration with customer service responses. Despite the beautiful promo art and some positive experiences with card pulls, the overall sentiment leans towards caution for online purchases due to the risk of receiving damaged products. Guests recommend considering in-store purchases instead.

Ordered two items and received one.
Ordered a Greninja and a Kindgra and only received the Greninja. Customer Service says to call back in two days. That's not what the Q/A says under FAQ. Lots of problems with these two items.

Damaged box and 1 pack
The shipping was pretty bad it. The box came all dented and damaged one of 5 packs included which I’m not happy with. At least the other packs weren’t damaged

Bad pull rates, not worth the money
Pretty cards but horrible pull rates, better off buying singles or another set

Destroyed
Ordered two boxes and they were completely destroyed. No packing material whatsoever and the tape was ripped open. Still awaiting any response from target on a resolution. Incredibly frustrating. Will never be ordered online from them again.

Shipped well
Packages came safely and looked good in box. I was even lucky enough to get some good pulls from the packs.

Damaged upon arrival
Box damaged on arrival, sadly target policy doesn't allow swaps or replacements. Like why ship a collectible item in a box it barely fits in. My box was man handled like they didn't care.

Don't have it shipped.
Don't have it shipped. It showed up with the shipping box smashed in and the box inside damaged. Since there are technically no returns, we are waiting on a specialist to call us back. This so isn't worth it.

Other reviews are bogus...
Fair, the shipping is unfair and out of your control. However, there are no guaranteed “pull rates” every pack has the same thing with 7 regulars, 2 reverse holos, and 1 holo. That’s the guaranteed minimum. So, for those that expect more and are dissatisfied with less, just buy the promos / singles. People need to remember that nothing is guaranteed.

Packaging and lack of customer support
Packaging and lack of customer support were unreal this time around. Refer to my pictures. My items came in an unacceptable fashion. Absolutely destroyed. I reached out to customer service and they essentially advised me there is nothing they can do. Couldn't even provide me an exchange for the damaged product. Do not buy Pokemon or apparently any trading cards from Target online.

Never preorder PKMN TCG from Target
This is my second time preordering PKMN TCG products from Target online and the second time it was shoved into a box it didn't fit in and bent beyond damaged in shipping. Unless you want damaged product, buy the product in store. I won't be preordering TCG through Target again after customer service refused to replace the damaged product.

Do Not Buy
Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your money. Just buy the promo card by itself, I bought 6 boxes on release day and this is all I got.

Dissapointed in shipping
Promo cards are beautiful but shipping/packaging was terrible. Box arrived dented and ripped. Not acceptable for a gift.
