The artwork is visually stunning and features beautiful fall colors that many guests appreciate. However, there are significant concerns regarding the packaging and delivery, as numerous guests report receiving broken frames. While some guests have had positive experiences with intact deliveries, the inconsistency in quality control raises concerns. Guests love the size and aesthetic of the piece, making it a desirable addition to their homes, but the risk of damage during shipping is a notable drawback.

I have ordered this piece 3 times and it arrives with a cracked frame every single time. I wish it was available to purchase in store. The packaging is absolutely awful with shipping. I have been trying to find a similar piece of artwork elsewhere.

Arrived damage free!
My picture arrived damage free! I love the size and that it’s a vertical picture giving our family room height. The colors are moody and cozy…perfect for fall, but I will leave it up year round because fall is my favorite!🍁✨

Great looking picture but damaged in shipping.
The picture would have been perfect if it had arrived in a decently packaged box. It was the perfect print for the area I planned to put it. I noticed that it was essentially floating inside of larger shipping box. As I was removing the corner guard on the bottom I noticed the entire frame section moved. Sadly, the corner was in pieces. I read several reviews about this, but hoped I would get a good one. It's no longer in stock, so a replacement isn't even an option.

Beautiful artwork but poor packaging!
The painting is beautiful! The packaging not so much. Mine also arrived with a cracked frame which is unfortunate. Otherwise it’s very pretty and is perfect for my Craftsman home.

Poor packaging
Both the original and replacement order showed up damaged. Such a disappointment because the picture is beautiful. If you can get an undamaged picture, it would be worth it.

Very happy with purchase
I hesitated to order this based on the damaged frames some reviewers experienced, but I really loved the colors so I took a chance. The artwork was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It looks absolutely stunning on my wall and looks exactly as pictured.

How hard is it to pack items correctly...
Why this store has not figured out how to pack its stuff is mind boggling. Picture itself is beautiful but it doesn’t matter if the frame comes cracked in multiple places. BUBBLE WRAP!
