Woah, these were "different." I ate an entire corn dog because I spent so much money on these, but my 3 year old who adores corn dogs took one bite and spit it out. The batter has a sort of crumby coating and a strange stevia-sweet after taste. The dog was off tasting as well, but I couldn't put my finger on it. There really needs to be some tweaking to these for them to taste better. The gluten-free factor and you can tell they tried, but they missed the mark big time on flavor.

Meat is very chewy upon cooking in oven, breading is unusual. An acquired taste is necessary this is not a true red white and blue corn dog! Stick with the un-healthier brands lol.

Did not make the GF cut for us
We are trying to go gluten-free. These did not make the cut. They were mushy from the microwave. My 8yr old said they were disgusting. This was the worst of our item changes so far. Will keep looking.

Just fine, really good
We have been enjoying these for several years, well, more than several. They corn batter is good, the dogs are good, so no problem, and actually a treat for people raised on carnival corn dogs and street hot dogs. They're a tad pricey, and I wish they were more affordable for more people. These 100% negative reviews are disturbing. H-E-B isn't offering them online. Has something changed in the making of them? Sure hope not.

These are so gross! How is this even possible? The cornbread isn’t very good and falls off the beef dogs way too easily. And the beef dogs, what even is this??? It has an almost bluish color and does NOT taste good. Discontinue.

If you eat gluten-free, these are wonderful
I also dont understand these reviews. I really appreciate the high quality meat used in the dogs, it tastes great, and the cornbread part is yummy as well- not too sweet, flavorful. I heat these up in the air fryer at 350 for about 10-12 minutes and they get nice and crisp outside. Dip them in ketchup, delish. Great product.

Great Gluten Free Option!
The cornbread coating is buttery and tasty and the beef hotdog taste great inside. Are the negative reviews fake or what? I'm not sure what's going on, but this was one of the tastiest gluten free corn dogs I've ever tasted. There isn't an overwhelming amount of batter on the outside, which usually happens with regular corn dogs. These were perfect!

Great breading for being gluten free! My son was very happy we found these. I’m surprised by all these negative reviews. Of course it won’t be the same texture as a typical corn dog, it’s gluten free. We cook ours in the air fryer and it turns out great!
