Not the same, very unfortunate
This used to be my go to sharp cheddar cheese but it hasn't been sharp for awhile. I switched to another popular brand but recently bought Cabot again and the taste is horrible. I'll be bringing back the block I didn't open and pay a couple more for the other brands sharp cheddar

Not sharp anymore
Used to be my favorite cheese, not any more, this cheese has gone from “sharp” to “mild”. The description says it is a crumbly cheese with a “grown up citrusy tang” this is simply not true anymore, it is rubbery and devoid of flavor, seriously disappointed.

The best value
Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese. This is be best value cheese on the market. We are a cheese loving family and eat about 2 pounds of this cheese a week. It's amazing. This is one of those products that makes us love Cabot farms. Thank you for making such a excellent product!

Family loves it
My entire family loves your Extra Sharp cheddar cheese. Mom started buying it about 20 + years ago. She would cut it into cubes or slices, put it in a container and leave it out of the refrigerator. That's about all she could eat. She passed away 16 years ago, but we always have "her" cheese around.

Extra Sharp
Slice it about 1 1/2" square and 1/8"and thick, let it get room temprature in a glass dish on the table and watch it disappear like magic. Hard to resist. You'll make up excuses why you need to eat some. Melt a plateful on crackers in the microwave for half a minute or less. (YOU'RE WELCOME!!!!)
