This bread was so dry it was hard to swallow. And it tastes like eggs. I buy other gluten free breads regularly. This one was a dissapointment.

I love sourdough bread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If there’s one thing I love it’s gonna be sourdough bread and I love how this one taste in a sandwich. Love that is gluten-free, but it doesn’t taste like it and has a really good texture.

Good taste but very small slices
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the flavor and texture of the canyon bakehouse gluten-free sourdough style bread. It holds up well for toast or sandwiches and has a nice sourdough style flavor. My biggest issue is the size. The slices are extremely small compared to traditional sandwich bread while I like the taste, I definitely wish the loaf and slices were larger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are pretty small slices of bread and you need two almost to make a regular slice. Even of other gluten free breads. And for sourdough it's not close to the texture or taste. I know, it's gluten free, and most things won't be close. But I expected just a little bit of semblance. It's not a bad taste as far as gluten free breads go. I would recommend other bands first

Great gluten free option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. It is tightly sealed, allowing it to stay fresh longer. I did need scissors to open though. I ate as toast, as a rarely eat bread any other way. It had a good flavor. This would be great for those with gluten intolerance. If I hadn’t read the package I wouldn’t have known it was a gluten free bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant about the gluten free - but yum!! I toasted the bread (same amount of time I would typically) and it didn’t brown as expected, but was still good. The size of the loaf is much smaller than expected, a slice of cheese went well over the bread. It did make a good sandwich especially as someone who prefers a thin sliced bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best gluten free bread I have ever had!! The texture was amazing, it toasted so good!! I used first for a grilled cheese and then for a tuna sandwich. It smelled really good while it was toasting in the pan. It didn’t take long to get the color I wanted. It had a great taste of sourdough and had the perfect crunch with every bite! Honestly, I love this bread and will be buying this now!!

Not tasty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bread was not tasty to me. It was heavy, and had no taste. It smelled sour (but not in a familiar sourdough scent). The crust wasn’t good along with the bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor was great. There was just a right amount of the “sour” flavor. It was not overwhelming at all. My one complaint is the size of the bread is small, which is typical of gluten free bread, but I do wish it was just a bit bigger.

Versitile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely surprised how great this tasted when warmed up. I will say its still sort of dry when not heated or cooked. It was rather expensive, but its something I have noticed with all gluten free breads. The slices were small which made me eat less, but there was plenty of slices in the loaf. Overall a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasty and healthy alternative to regular bread. Great for a sandwich and not too large of pieces. It didn’t have that cardboard type taste that some gluten free breads have. However, it does expire quickly so you have to use it fast.

I love the flavor and the texture, it toasts up perfectly, I made them into little crustinis for a tomato salad and it was perfect! The only think I wish was that the slices were a little bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this bread it was my first time trying canyon bakehouse gluten free 100% whole grain bread, it has a soft texture and a delicious whole grain flavor it is perfect for toast or sandwiches or oven just a snack on its own which is how son likes it making it a great option for the whole family.

It is very good to make sandwiches with really love the taste and the chewiness of it. I like the aroma after toasting it. It smells so good. I really like the way it is packaged. It is in two packages to keep it fresh and moist. It is a good bread to have in your house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the bread I decided to make toasted cheese with it and I was pleasantly surprised it tasted pretty good. It was nice and soft and fresh. It smelled real good and it looked very good. I didn't mind it. It was pretty close to regular bread. I've tried gluten-free before and usually don't like it. This one wasn't bad at all.
