Cauliflower was the size of a tennis ball and it had brown rotten spots. Very disappointed. I don’t think the shopper even looked at it when picking it out. I gave it a one star review only because I had to in order to submit the review

This is shameful. Why someone thought this was acceptable is unbelievable .

Really fresh, and clean, I used it for dipping, and in a broccoli/cauliflower casserole I can throw together quickly, and even the kiddos LOVED IT!!!

We received this in a delivery. It is very old and should not have been sold

Twice I’ve purchased fresh cauliflower and ordered it from the Target app using the Drive Up option. Both times I’ve been given the smallest, moldy and most pathetic looking cauliflower you can imagine. I’ve ordered other produce items without issue, but the cauliflower is gross and there’s no quality control whatsoever. I’m not going to order it again because it’s expensive ($3.79/each) and 2 strikes and you’re out, Target.

I’m a pretty consistent buyer of Target's cauliflower despite some of the concerns that other reviewers have noted. I, too, have opened up my curbside order only to find cauliflower with black patches on various florets and on more than one occasion. While I've let that go, it's only confirmed my continued mental notes that Target produce, in general, is incredibly subpar. Today's cauliflower was no different. After picking up my curbside order, I realized that the cauliflower I received was the size of a Honeycrisp Apple. The entire thing with leaves and core included fit in the size of my average sized female hand. I removed it from the package, cut back many of the leaves and some of the core and cut in florets. For reference, this produced approximately 1 1/3 cups of cauliflower, which is far short for the recipe I was attempting to make. Silly me for pulling out my 12-inch sauté pan, the cauliflower barely filled even half of it! Target, you are our hometown company! Our neighbors, our friends, and our family all work at Target ... We LOVE you. But seriously, it's time to take a hard look at your produce and suppliers. Stocking a cauliflower that's the size of an apple, when it should be the size of a head of cabbage or a large cantaloupe is unacceptable. To complete my planned recipe, I would have needed to purchase four of your cauliflowers for over $12, when I could go down the street to a "competitor" for a far superior product for the same price. Kisses, Target; but this just isn't ok.

Ordered for drive up pickup and got home to discover it was rotten in multiple spots. It’s like they get rid of the worst ones they have by giving them to drive up customers. Recommend not buying produce if doing drive up.

This head of cauliflower was given to me with very obvious mold in several places and it was brownish, not white and soft. With?!

This cauliflower head is so small it fits in the palm of my hand. There is no way this is a true cauliflower head! When doing a drive up I expect true size, not the smallest one

I made lasooni gobi with this head of cauliflower. It was fresh and delicious. The cauliflower was clean and very fresh (no signs of aging at all). The picture is of battered and air fried cauliflower, so it might not look like conventional cauliflower.

The cauliflower wasn’t worth the money, it was really tiny.

The associate who picked this out clearly did not look at it before adding it to my order. Look at produce as if you were buying for your own family please.

Do not buy produce from here it’s super old and not useable.
