This is the smallest head of cauliflower I have ever seen! Plus the green stemmy part is massive compared to total size, so the actual edible portion is about half or less of what you would get with a normal head. It looks fine as far as quality (nice and white, no bad spots), but I will have to go back to get another for my recipe—not doing drive-up so I can pick it myself!
