Description

The goodness of a Home Cooked Meal

Creamy macaroni and cheese with beef, chili beans and tomatoes.

Prep.Plate.Serve.

1. Cook ground beef. Heat large nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat, add ground beef. Cook and stir, breaking up into small crumbles, until browned and fully cooked. Drain if desired.
2. Meanwhile, heat macaroni and cheese. Puncture film and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Microwave uncovered 1 minute longer or until hot. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Product and package will be hot.
3. Assemble Chili Mac. Add chili beans (do not drain) and diced tomatoes (do not drain) to cooked ground beef. Cook and stir mixture 2 to 3 minutes over MEDIUM-HIGH heat until sauce is reduced. Add heated macaroni and cheese and 1 cup shredded cheese to pan; stir to combine. Top with additional shredded cheese if desired.

    Easy and yummy!

    This was a really yummy meal kit! It would feed a family of four easy! I added salt and pepper to the ground beef while cooking it, and then added a few shakes of garlic powder, chili powder, and onion powder to the whole mix of ingredients and let it simmer. It was SO good!

    Great, Fast Dinner

    I have been on the hunt for easy dinners to make at home after a long day at work and this was a hit! The only scary part of this meal is my family does not particuarly like to see tomatoes in their food, however I blended them up in the food processor before adding them in and I it hid them perfectly!!

    Good option for meal planning

    It tastes good but you need to add spices for your own flavor level. It's a great base that allows you to make it spicier or cheesier depending on your preference. I would probably double the Mac and Cheese next time.

    Nothing like the picture and SO bland. Add your own spices!

    This was so disappointing. It turned out nothing like the picture or how I imagined it would taste. It was bland, absolutely zero flavor besides watery cheese. It gives 100% hamburger helper vibes but for 5x the price. Definitely do not recommend.
