Description

The DEWALT DCF622B 20V MAX XR VERSA-CLUTCH adjustable torque screwgun gives you repeatable fastener depth without babysitting the trigger. An adjustable clutch with numbered torque settings lets you dial in the exact torque for a fastener and repeat it across a run, which matters on cabinetry, fixtures and assembly work where over-driving ruins the piece. The brushless motor extends runtime and holds torque consistently as the battery drains. A lightweight, balanced body keeps it comfortable through repetitive driving. Sold as a bare tool; battery and charger are not included.

It works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually the guy screwing everything up in the roof for my crew, so this really makes a difference. No more dragging or fighting the extension cords. I can drive around 600 self tapers with the5ha battery on a 14 ga tubing.

metal siding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased this particular screw gun while building my workshop. used for all the metal roofing, siding, and trim. it made hanging panels so much easier and didnt overdrive a single screw. have a brushless impact also but this was so handy in place of setting by feel with the impact driver. will be using for all other building projects

BEST METAL ROOF SCREWGUN! HANDS DOWN

I bought one for metal roofing about two years ago, used it for about a week and ordered a second. I just bought another about six months ago and use all three every week. Someone stole about $3,000 of my DeWalt tools last night and I'm ordering 3 more of these now.

Failing after a few months

I bought this in January right after the new year. By the end of March it started slipping when I set screws. I love DeWalt products but 3 of the brushless tools I have purchased this year have failed or in the process of failing. What’s going on? I’ve used DeWalt in the commercial trades for 12 years and have never had these problems.

Excellent tool

Have had a pair of these for over a year. I'm a metal building contractor and not having to drag an extension cord around is a game changer.
