Cute, but only for preschoolers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this product for free to try out and review, so I didn't actually know what it was. My daughter is 7 and in the age range they had listed for this product, but I'd actually say if your child is over 5 it won't really be educational for them. The numbers on the boxes only go up to 4, so 4+4 is the largest addition you can do. I also thought that the coins may look real so you could use it to practice coin counting, but they are just numbered 1-4 and colored the same as the grocery boxes, so no real thinking is required for the payment It also only includes one Numberblocks figure, so you don't even have one to shop and one to run the register, like you'd think they would have. My daughter does like playing with this toy though. It's a really cute little grocery store and she uses it to play with her other toys (Bluey figures are also the perfect size). It just has a very limited age range where it is actually educational.

I like the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little game to help get kids in to sorting numbers and colors! My daughter was so excited to play with it as soon as she saw it! I think it's a great way to get kid's into wanting to learn!

Cute toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this number blocks toy for my 5 years old daughter because she love watching NumberBlocks. This toy has some stackable blocks, coins numbered from 1 to 4, and some mini cart and organizer. It's a nice toy for a young kid to learn and recognize numbers. However, i think it's better to have extra number like from 5 to 10.

My daughter loves it and my son helped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 year old loves this and her 7 year old brother helped her play. They were able to pretend play and practice recognizing numbers and learning addition. It was nice to hear them getting along while playing!

Wonderful learning tool for in introduction to math!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toy was very helpful with visually showing addition while using a familiar character from Numberblocks. We played it as a game of store and he was able to independently use the pieces to add.

My preschooler is now ASKING to do math!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After testing this playset for four weeks with my 3- and 4-year-old testers, I'm convinced it's one of the smartest "stealth learning" toys for under-5s. Unboxing the bright green shopping cart, checkout counter, 16 chunky coins, and Numberblock Four figurine sparked immediate role-play—kids were wheeling the cart and shouting prices within minutes. The magic lies in how it turns abstract math into tangible fun: pricing felt food baskets (like apples for 1 coin or cupcakes for 3) forces little hands to count coins, match values, and even grasp early addition ("Two carrots cost 1+1=2!"). I watched kids beam with pride handing over payment, and overheard real-world connections days later when my 4-year-old pointed to a grocery price tag and declared, "That's FOUR coins, Mama!" Beyond math, it builds social skills through shopper/cashier turn-taking and problem-solving when making "change." Durability impressed me after surviving yogurt spills and enthusiastic crashes into furniture—the plastic cart, counter, and food baskets held up flawlessly, though I wish the cardboard coins were plastic for long-term messiness. The compact size (no bigger than a toaster) is perfect for small spaces, and all pieces meet safety standards with no choking hazards. While the baskets don't lock into the cart (vigorous play can topple them), this minor flaw doesn't overshadow the toy's brilliance. If you want a screen-free way to make numbers feel as exciting as playtime, this Mini Market delivers. It's earned a permanent spot on our play shelf—and a 9.5/10 from this reviewer.

Cute learning activity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is entering kindergarten . This was a fun activity to add to her summer learning at home. She loves the grocery numbers and the ability to "count it out" with the coins.

We love the numberblocks!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been absolutely loving this game! It is so interactive and cute! The more we played with it, the more ways we found that we could use the game (numbers, color sorting, counting, working with money). I wish the coins were plastic so they may hold up longer but it is still great! My son has gone on about how much fun it is!

So cute especially for kids learning addition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loved playing with this little number market especially using the little number boxes. Was helpful to learn how to add and count numbers. I wish it came with more little box people seeing my daughter kept asking if there were more.

This made my son excited about basic math skills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this was a fun toy that I think could be built upon to make it more interesting. It did make my son excited to start working on basic math equations, but once he figured it out, he and my other children had more fun setting up a store using these pieces and their magnetic building blocks rather than using as intended. I would be curious to see if expansion packs are released, and if that would help the interest stick around after a child has mastered doing the basic addition problems.

Kid loves it but doesn't look like something I would buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product and it doesn't look like anything special. The quality is quite poor. It looks like something that will slowly go in the trash. Honestly my 3 year old absolutely loves it! She was so excited when she got it. She loves the blocks and she can count them and move them around. She can count the money. It is a good learning toy. It just seems cheap and there is nothing special about it. I would not buy this product if I saw it on the shelf.

Fun and educational toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son really enjoyed this set. It was such a fun and easy way to help him learn his numbers and practice simple addition without it feeling like "school." My older kids ended up joining in too, helping him with the numbers and cheering him on, which made it even more fun for him. It's a great way to sneak in some learning while they're just having a good time playing together. The only downside is I wish the coins weren't cardboard since they get bent out of shape pretty easily, and then they don't fit into the little slot.
