I bought this to use along side the Summer Prep workbook the summer between 2nd and 3rd grade. My son can add but I thought he was using his fingers to add more often than he should for his age. I really like the way this workbook is set up. It starts off pretty easy. I think it helped to build my son's confidence. It is also set up in a way for kids to pick up on patterns which I think it helpful. I bought this for practice. My son spends a few minutes on this book in the morning and it seems to be helping.
