Backed by a specially chosen large group of friends and associates, they display the varied contrast between eloquent lyricism and inspired abandon! Featured alongside Brown and Hodges are Ellington alumni such as Paul Gonsalves, Cat Anderson, Ray Nance, Russell Procope, Harold Ashby, and Buster Cooper.
