Delivery was very slow but product was in tact

Ascended Heroes is a very hard set to get so when I was able to purchase this tin by staying up until 430 in the morning I was very excited to finally be able to add some cards to my collection. After waiting a week my order arrived but it was the wrong product. I did contact Target and after review they said my options were to return the incorrect product for a refund or keep the product but they would not send me the product I ordered. I understand they are only cards but I have put a lot of time and effort into finding them and it's incredibly frustrating that a large corporation like this is unable or unwilling to put in the effort to find and send me the correct product. Even if I had to wait, I'm very patient but this really does damage to the trust I had in purchasing from Target.
