Don't!
This meat was disgusting. Why, oh why, didn't I read the reviews beforehand?! There were large, rubbery chunks that were inedible. The overall texture was very grainy and unpleasant. I had to throw the entire meal away after a handful of bites. I wish I could give it zero stars. The overall quality was very poor.

Absolutely NOT for me.
I was excited to try this product, but was very dissatisfied. It has a grainy texture to it. Just like other reviews had mentioned, it had hard ball like pieces within every bite. Absolutely disgusting. I gave it two stars because my husband didn’t mind it. But if you’re like me and can’t get passed the texture of things like that, this is NOT for you. Only plus side of this product that I saw was little to no grease when cooking, which is not common in other 93% lean beef.

Weird meat
This is the first time purchasing this ground beef and is my last. The moment I first saw the meat, it didn’t look right. It had a lot of white pieces that seemed to look like fat but I’m not even sure. Despite it looking odd, I went ahead and cooked it for about an hour and a half preparing the meat sauce to make lasagna. I wanted my meat tender/soft and just delicious. Tell me why, the meat was hard after 2 hours. It did not tenderize at all. It was still a weird texture and an absolute waste. I do not recommend this meat. Buy your meat in clear cases so you can see the meat beforehand before purchasing! Also always read reviews before making a purchase, I wish I did that with this meat product because clearly everyone else in the reviews agree. Very sad!

Tastes like beef with noticeably lower quality
It is definitely a lower quality ground beef. I browned it to make beef tacos. Tastes just fine, but my family and I noticed a lot of chewy hard bits in the meat that we had to spit out in every bite.
