Plantains are similar to bananas but are larger in size and have a starchier consistency. This makes them harder to peel and not enjoyable to eat raw. These are PLANTAINS NOT bananas
These plantains were fresh. When I ordered I was glad they gave me some ripe plantain and also some greener ones. Whoever gathered the order, knows plantains well! ;)
