Pokemon ME1 Mega Evolution Booster Pack | Mega Venusaur

Never received the item. My order was split into 2. This first order didn’t come complete. After one and a half hour on the phone and being transferred everywhere they asked me to wait for the 2 order in case it was in there. I waited. Once the second order came in it wasn’t in there either. I called and explained that The sender put 2 pokemon packs inside a carton envelope inside another envelope and that’s all that was sent. Missing 3 packs and Target can’t and won’t do anything because the package weighed what it needed to. So technically I was scammed out of 3 packs of pokemon cards at $22 each and it’s ok not to refund or replace according to Target. So Now a little kid is going to be without 3 of the packs for Christmas. And now they are sold out. Target kept apologizing and refused to escalate the call to someone that could help me. I’m very dissapointed in Target. The whole reason for me to order them online was because I work and didn’t have the time to get them. It’s very unfair that they weren’t able to do anything but file a complain. They could’ve at least refunded the money for them so I could get them somewhere else.
