Q: How often can you apply new patches?
A: Once every 12 hours. However, to avoid the risk of aggravating your skin, avoid using the same spot consecutively. Instead, place the patch in different locations to allow the skin some time to breathe between daily applications.

Q: are there expiration dates on the packages? like if I bought 12 of them now. (as long as they were not opened....and didnt use them very fast, would they expire before I could use them?
