The Graceland McCullough Tigers grew out of a unique tradition of religious worship in the Carolinas known as "trombone shout bands," in which the main musical focus was a mass of 10 trombones jubilantly swaying & swinging, playing away with blissful spiritual abandon. Here they present a powerful live recording, featuring Horace Brown Jr.. & the Dirty Dozen Brass band.
